I made a new account (again :lol: ) and I was thinking what the rs world would be like if they tought member skills on tutorial island, but you still weren't aloud to use them in F2P. I think it would be a good idea because more newcomers would want to be members, which would make JaGeX more money, which would lead to better updates (hopefully lol). What do you think?
