in my case, the answer is boredom. my first account i played basically like a main, but after i got a 99 and a decent bank (at that time) i was bored. i had a friend who made a really nice hybrid pure, and i wanted to see if i could make a pure that was overall better than my main. to me, i like my current acount build. im mainly a skiller, but still pretty good at pvp minigames or duelling. my old account is 100+9 combat, 1749 total, 225 Qp, with 99 range and about 46m total xp. my pure is 74 combat, 1751 total, 212 Qp, 99 magic/99 farm, 63m total xp. if you dont pk (like me) pures are mainly for fun, or the challenge of everything being slightly more difficult. everyone plays differently, if you want a maxed character with the best gear, thats cool. if i want a lower combat character with a nice pure build and good noncombats, thats fine too. attitude is more of a difference than combat build/gameplay. if youre a jerk, doesnt matter what your game character is like.

lol. saved 3.5k dwarf from farming, and have 16k oak planks, 19k gold ores, 100k+ pess, ~20k yew logs, and bunch of other random skilling supplies. for once i was accidentally prepared.

the corrupt lasts 15 or 20 minutes of time worn, i got the regular robes that only start degrading in combat, and last an hour.

prod :// but yeah keep 40 attack if youre planning to f2p pk. if youre getting a gravite 2h, 45 ofc. best setup for f2p is a solid range/2h method, so high range/str and standard att lvl. prayer is mostly pointless til you have a bit higher stats. unless they spam overheads in f2p wild, but you can always train later.

i recently got full zuriel to wear on my old acc as it goes back to f2p hibernation. if i do accidentally attack something in f2p, will it still degrade? :^_^:

either stay 60 for your classic dds build, or get 80 for chaotics. my thoughts, spending hours and hours for a chaotic wep, and the chance of losing it in pvp doesnt appeal to me at least. whip is kinda pointless, godswords are overrated unless you have crazy high strength. last i checked bgs's are super cheap though, so...yeah. and grats on 99 :^_^:

using only range at low levels is a disadvantage until you can hit damage faster than the higher f2p mage spells best setup in f2p normally is 40/45 att, and keep str/range within a few lvls of each other and range/2h for kills. mages lose out past low levels since range is faster per hit.

totally screwed up trying to keep untrims, so like half my party left :( but thats my fault huge thanks to the people that came, and those that stayed a half hour longer <3: first noncombat, first trim, passed my old acc for total levels & total xp 74 combat [hide=bank + untradeables] [/hide]

the people that demand payment for certain assists are noobs. try assistclan cc, sometimes it takes a bit, but theres usually plenty of people offering/asking in there anyone that wants payment gets kicked

im smelting gold with guants, banked 80 smith from 72 for slightly under 5m in ores.

fire surging would require someone who is soloing to have 95 magic & 77 rc, 80 rc if they wanted to craft an empowered fire staff. if youre in a team it would probably be easier.

[hide] I've had a looter with minimum stats (all 1s and 10 hp) and haven't logged in for 1029 days... and when i checked about 18 days ago, it's name was still the same. uh. [/hide] you should only have to worry about that if all skills are at minimum and its on tutorial island. one of my accounts was inactive for nearly 900 days, and the display name got defaulted to numbers, but i do have the option to login and change it back.

i made a level three ages ago for lulz, it still on tutorial island, i noticed its name reverted to the [#3828320] format so, i logged in (875 days since last login haha) and spoke to a tutor, and the ingame name is #player1444 or something, the name is open, but will i have to get p2p on that acc to change the name back?
