Maybe it's a bit early, but does each hit of the new Whip's spec get boosted at Kuradal's using ring (much like the Dragon Claws spec). If so, would it be better than Claws for using specs there?

The notepad is useful to write the time i've done some dailies/weekly (Juna, Skeletal Horrror, Bert, Arhein, Dahmaroc Shattered Heart's statue...), some of my long term goals and useful clan chats. Also, i note any penguin sightings (as in disguise and location) i've had that week prior to going hunting them all. Edit: I know I could use the runescape bar, but i've recently moved on to Chrome.

Well then it's a poorly done poll, isn't it? Wouldn't it be better if they just sent a message out to 50,000 active members asking the poll? This would be more then enough to be representative of the population of 10,000,000 down to a very small margin for error. Now I'm no statistics expert, I'm the type who only understands basic statistics for interpreting data but wouldn't this have been more effective if they really needed an honest answer? It would have been more effective, however it would have defeated the ultimate purpose of pulling a publicity stunt to try and recapture the people who left in 2007. The problem is they left and moved on, and so did Runescape. They will never be able to recapture what they lost and I think this poll is beginning to show them that. The thing here is that you can't go by the book, in the statistically accurate sense, on this one, simply because if they did what you are saying, many would rant that they didn't have the opportunity to vote or that their opinion wasn't accounted for. Those players would be right. For that reason, this is the fairest way this could be handled, even though it isn't flawless.

It would be 16.5k if they had randomly chosen players from their 5 mill population and have that 16.5k and only them vote. Then, it would be statistically significant. Otherwise, there is a bias in which the players who vote are only the ones who know about the referendum (even though you may argue that every player knows about it by now). Anyways, my opinion is still that the first poll was absolutely flawed, and the ones who abused it unfairly by putting the names of players they knew didn't vote deserve what they are getting. Still i think it might reach the 1M votes...

My first thought was Elemental Workshop, but it would be way too soon for that... On the other hand, those do seem like dwarven faces. I really wish the next dwarven quest returned to the amount of humour the series used to have with the old developer (fancy a kebab anyone?), but i guess we will have more of that sensitive crap again... Not that i don't like it every now and then, but picking the same formula the developer used in the goblin series and aplying it on the dwarven one, ignoring the fact that there were already some distinctive elements in this series prior to his work, was IMO a very bad move. The series was already sucessful by its own right and a favourite among many questers, even when it was only 2 quests long. Also, i'd fancy been in the back of the sacred forge, if there is a back room to it. Either that or exploring more of the ruins of Camdoozal...

I confirm it is as zaaps said. Bork used to work on a "little less than 24h"-basis, but now is just like Zaff.

What about Dorgesh agility course? It's pretty much deserted, but is there a really good reason for that? I mean, i raised 79 to 80 there (with summer pies) and only ever failed an obstacle if the boost went to 79 while in the middle of an obstacle. I've yet to fail with 80 agl and the xp was nice, i'm not sure but probably better than Ape.

Are you sure on that? It's just i've been getting only 40-50k an hour using my first magpies... But maybe i've been unlucky.

I've been skilling a bit lately, and i've been wondering which is better for side cash while skilling when no other familiar is needed (be it herblore, fletching, b-staving...): Cat or Magpie? Is there any forager that beats these? Thanks in advance

Well, I'd like to use this thread to ask something else about the Balmung, since there has been enough people coming here with some experience about this weapon. For dagganoth tasks, does the Balmung prove superior than whip+rune defender on your everyday normal lvl 88-90 dagganoth?

Hello, I've recently gotten a Blue Dragon task from Kuradal. I have a ferocious ring and since there are great safespots in her dungeon, I've been wondering on how to range them. My range level is 83 and my equipment consists of black dragonhide, with fury, blessed coif, ava's thingy, Zammy prayer book, barrows gloves and snakeskin boots. So the options are the these: Rune c'bow with broad bolts or steel knives? Plz reply on which of these would you use in my situation, or suggest anything that you might consider better.

You can get many of those. When i was killing mogres i had over 100 dry kills (for token) and them i got 3 on my last trip. I have a fully grown grey crab now and 2 tokens im my bank if i ever get around to growing a orange one. (Short answer: yes)

Well, I've got some mixed feelings about this update. I'm portuguese too, and as said above the translation on some core features (such as Edgeville's or some skills) feel somewhat odd. Nonetheless, some brazilian players have also showed their concern about the translation not being quite correct for brazilian portuguese on some words either. As for me, I'll be sticking with english-based worlds and use the *only* member world when i need emptier worlds for anything. P.S: It's been confirmed on the portuguese-based forums by 1 of the Jagex Mod's that the official announcement for this has been delayed, to avoid flooding of these worlds for now. I'm guessing they will be properly introduced next week, along the update day...

I've had the required farming level for a while, but only now i've been itching to get an extra spirit tree... So i've been wondering which is the best way to get one of those seeds. I'd rather not use MTK, but if it's necessary, i'll try it. Also, i'd like to know if using a rabbit foot while chopping trees is that much better at getting nest. Thanks in advance.

Hi all! Recently, i found an article on the RS Wikia about daily tasks, and it mentioned that Bork now resets at midnight, just as the Phoenix and Zaff staves. Anyways, i went to check this and indeed, it now does it that way. Thing is, i remember doing Phoenix and Bork a couple months ago, and Bork had a 24h timer tied to it, in the same fashion as Bert's sand. So my question is, does anyone remember how long has it been like this?

By doing the Wolf's Whistle quest. Also, don't rush to the end of the quest using a guide and ignoring the dialogue. This quest acts as tutorial for the skill. (At least you will get the big picture of it, for questions after that, there's always tip.it forums...)
