Hi! I'd like to know which of these weapons would be best to train strength: Dragon scimitar or Zamorak spear. From what it seems at the KB, both have the same speed, but player experience would be more insightful. Also i'd like to come which kind of attacks does the the Zammy spear have (ex. stab/attack or stab/strength). Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry to agree with most of the above said. But what i was shocked at reading the article is that you haven't touched the most blatant case of educational use of Runescape: for us non-native english users, it's a very varied place to expand your vocabulary (at least for me it was...). I find it that the game focus so many diferent activities that you learn words to talk about pretty much everything (even now and then i learn a few new words on here and i'm not ashamed of it...).

I did that method too. Port Phasmatys is a nice place to stay: there's a charter ship there to restock on soda ash, the bank with the furnace just a few steps away from it and there's also a range i think, so you can cook your seaweed.

You must complete the quest Cabin Fever. After completing it, Bill Teach will take you there from Port Phasmatys.

Best place that i know is the Crafting Guild (using Falador west bank and the agility shortcut on the wall to the south).

12 Magic Logs - Seers bank will probably be it. 6 Molten Glass - Get 6 buckets, go to entrana, head to the north part of the island, pick 6 seaweed, cook the seaweed on a range (there's one on the island), fill your buckets with sand on the near sandpit, pick a blowpipe from a house near and, finally, use the 6 buckets of sand on the furnace. 1 Charcoal - You can buy this in the general store of Tai Bwo Wannai (also in Shilo Village if i'm not wrong). 1 Spices - Ardougne market, just ask the spice seller. Lockpick (how many do i need) - Buy them at the Rogue's Den (i'll reccomend buying a lot of these, you'll need them) Anti pot - I can't think of how many you'll need, just be sure to have a nice stock. Ice Gloves - These are gotten in the Hero's Quest. Stat Restore Pot - As i said the anti pot's...

With the release of charter ships, after completion of Regicide, you can sail to Port Tyras, next to his camp. Going there by this method, you'll get pretty near of one of the places where the elves can appear to start the quest. (It's much faster than the gates too)

I actually suggest to kill Damis as i did: creatively. Using magic, you must run to the opposite side of the room and then start shooting at him, as he follows you. When you are at one extreme, run past him (heÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâôll hit you once) and repeat. This way you won't need prayer (or you can just choose to activate prayer whilst running through him, even though i don't think it's worth it...). The flaw of this method is that you will probably be getting hit a bit by the other monsters on the room, but it's better to be them than Damis.

A lvl 16 barbarian (yes, i'm not stupid, in rsc they were lvl 16 and later made lvl 8 with rs2 and the change on combat lvls). I really hated the "Oh dear, you are dead!" screen...

From lvl 37 to about 50-55, i'd say king scorpions on crandor isle. I've done them at that level and i liked them. There's a great safespot behind the bushes. Backside is that you don't get drops, but even though you stated you don't want to pick, you don't lose to much time there doing it either... Hope you like it.

Skelleton mine in lvl lvl 10 wildy for coal. Hobgoblin mine for mithril. I follow what the Wilderness warning says: The further you go, the greater the rewards.

I've had many breaks in my rs life. Long breaks too (like 6 months max). But quitting for good and giving all my stuff will never happen: when i stop playing, i already know that even if i'm really fed up and bored with the game, i'll always come back, because that's what i've always done and i feel it's the way it should be.

I've started in the 23rd of June of 2003, so it's almost 3 years and 8 months.

It's a 0.5% cost reduction per smithing lvl. For example, for your smithing lvl, you have a reduction of 24.5%

When i joined runescape, i was standing on Lumbridge and i thought looking the map to explore the world. Then i saw there was a Wizard's Tower and thought it sounded cool, so i decided to go there. I went north through the road and then west, ignoring all intersections... Only when i reached the sea, i realized i had taken the wrong path, but also thought "The world seemed bigger in the map...". This was back in rsc days.

I was 14, back in the days when santas were 200K. I'm now 18 and don't have time to play much :cry:

I tele'ed to Camelot, walked to Ardougne and then did Plague City just for that tele spell
