i only visit the forums when there are the main articles because when i've looked at the other discussions there usually isn't much I like to read. Either because people are asking things that make me say "with 100+ posts he still doesn't know that?" or they're things i just really don't care about. I do like the guides sometimes though.

well, personally, i think if rares go down, that's a good thing. why? because rares are silly things that don't have any real value other than looking good/strange and maybe making/losing money. rares suck.

I miss the articles from the editor every week. :( Anyways, i like how this one will finally explain to a lot of people what i thought of the RWT updates: Jagex is just doing it for the good of Runescape. As a shark fisher, I knew what the bots and RWT's were doing to RS, as the price of sharks fell ALOT when the mass invasion of bots occurred. So, I'm glad that now it's going to be really hard/impossible to make real money this way off of Runescape. Oh yeah, and once again, Great Article.

hey, i didn't even know what miniclip was until i started reading the rants on these forums. (not that this is one) I just think it's weird that all the blame gets placed on one thing usually.

yeah, but a lvl 90 that's able to summon a high powered monster would pown. 8-) besides, when has a new skill ever been f2p? (since members release)

why would a new skill be f2p? and if it was, there'd be a lot of complaints from members.. including me.

well, i know that i'm waiting a bit after the skill comes out. mostly because if it's anything like hunter, it'll be overcrowded and nothing will happen. (thank god I waited for hunter) There's also i'm going for 99 fishing, so if I wait, i'll have more cash to spend on the skill. not much, maybe like 2.5m more, but it'll help. Anyways, i hope to have 99 fish by end of january, so after that i'll do summoning.

Skirts ftw :thumbsup: Plugpoint92 : i don't like skirts in rl. so when i got an extra 1m, i figured, by the platelegs. so now i have some of those. besides, maybe they'll go up in price, like my d chain.. anyways, i know its weird, but i think i've only ever seen two girls wearing platelegs. Me and this other person i don't remember. Anyways, i just like the platelegs better than the skirt. :mrgreen:

That normally isn't much of a comparison anyways, since everyone knows WoW is a joke. anyways, hopefully next weeks will be longer. True, but we choose our characters to represent us. So if you choose a female character to play, some other players will naturally assume the player behind the character is female as well. Doh! Guess we should ban pink hair! Seriously, have you seen all the wannaba anime women? They try to talk "ghetto"(not l337) to me, then after much debateing, they admit they're a guy. If character represent RL player, what kind of sick fantasy is this one living in? So, well.. um I hate to say it, but have you ever heard of hair dye? i personally like pink or purple highlights. sometimes i'll come back from a holiday with just solid purple to freak out my friends. They act funny when i do that. besides, i like my hair like that. I like the blue dye too. So please don't diss girls with anime type hair colours. i just happen to have them. :mrgreen:

look, if you want to make money fishing, the go to barbarian village, and bank what you get at edgeville. After that, get a friend or someone to sell the fish on the forums, heck, if you ever get enough fish to sell, I'll post on the forums for you. Anyways, make sure the fish are raw. you can sell the trout for 40-50 each, and salmon for 60-80 each, and then you can buy lobbs with the money, cook them, and then sell them again, for the same amount you bought them as. Anyways, that's probably the only good way to make money fishing on F2P, so unless you want to do that, then just go woodcut or maybe even Runecraft. (since the prices have gone up some since shop update)

Okay, so, right now i'm going for 99 fishing. I bought the 170k feathers i need about 2 weeks before the shop update, so I'm not one of those people who just do it because they can buy the feathers.. Anyways, the day after the shop update there were lots of low levels (and a few high ones) that came to fish, and they all said they got feathers from the store. One weekend later, and none of them have come back. It's still the same bunch of people as before, except -1, since she got 99 fishing... lol. I also bought all my feathers from one guys on the forums... so it wasn't hard to do before the update. took me about 20 min. All i did was post and wait, and the offers came like wildfire. So yeah, # of fishing capes going up?? yeah right. unless the people who already have'em buy more, the # of capes ingame won't be going up very fast. P.S. If you decide to go for 99 fish, then well... just try not to think about the big picture. it can get depressing. Think level to level, even at level 91, it's still not that bothersome. Also, try doing your homework while you fish too. It helps.

Great idea. 8-) I where full d when I go F2P, and it's gets old getting chased around... lol. i know, i should prolly take it off, but i like it.

so you save 50M to get a godsword... you feel great and can't wait to try it out. that's what would happen normally. You try out the weapon in the room.. you realize that you like the whip better and never going about getting the 50M... Where are you now? 50M less than you would have been, and none of your skills have gone up. I don't support. okay? this room would kill all the fun of earning an item. :wall:

Yeah, when I do quests, I normally have tip it's guide, and rune hq's guide, since i can cross reference both for accuracy, since they're both detailed, just in different parts, so i get all the help I need. Rune hq also has pictures too sometimes, which can help some.

i love this update. all those little things like yarn, arrws, and vials are affordable. runes are up priced, so now runecrafting might be interesting. update = great success!

Great article, although I do think most people tend to do both. I know that in RS, i like to just not fight, and when I do, I like to solo the boss monsters. Although with other games, I like everything, whether it be team, or just all out vs. P.S. why don't we have editor articles every week??

I think the editor should keep doing what he/she's doing. it works pretty well. It seem like whenever there's an article made by someone else, it just gets a lot of negative. I don't want to see that week after week. just stick with the norm. :mrgreen:

Mourning's end II.. it was okay. I really hated One small favor so much walking around. Monkey madness was okay.. and so was sheep herder. I just really don't like one small favor. I only did it for the xp lamps.
