  1. its really not the ratio of voters that coems to play here, 15,000 potential members are a lot to pass up 15,000 people paying 5$ a month would be a nice raise
  2. +14556789  ungrateful f2p'ers. but i doubt jagex will take anything else from them. i mean, what could they take? any skill they remove will cripple the rs economy. you take mining, well there goes regular ess. take smithing, no more cheap f2p armor. take rcing, no more cheap airs and such. take fishing, no more lobs for the f2pers. there really isn't much more they can take away.. :-k Firemaking  as pointless as that is id bet there would be a sticky for it in rants  "wtf jetex i wants fire anyplace"
  3. theres an option of "I already pay for a member account" and another one for people who lost memberships so I find that unlikely
  4. And all members come from F2P. i didnt necessarily say they would take out f2p all I said was that Jagex may take away some content or overhaul members (and if f2p generates so much income why would jagex want more members?)
  5. over 200,000 voted and even though 11% may seem small thats 15,000 potential members who dont feel they need any new content
  6. y'know i asked myself that same question :-k
  7. in this weeks runescape poll (wich is for free players only o.O) has an option that says "I already have enough to do in the free game" wich over 15,000 people voted on... Jagex may see this as an excuse to either revamp members with some major game-altering updates or even take some things away from f2p. It sounds heartless but from a financial point of view it would make a lot of sense and I was wondering if the f2p'ers knew what they were doing when they voted. discuss!
  8. What if you lost your membership the day before the nuke fell? he would renew his membership smart one -.-
  9. Well you definatly broke rule one by saying "[bleep]" and "noob". If people break the rules they shouldn't complain about getting punished for it . Play by the rules and you will be fine. isnt bich german for generousity (south park ftw)
  10. rants, then general, then rants again
  11. i can just see it.... runescape in the news a third time 34 year old woman brutally rapes, murders, and rapes again, a boy of 16 after meeting. :mom: well he was talking about his girlfriend comin over on runescape and... and... -bursts into tears- after the murder the 34 year old woman started running through the streets in blue painted armor while holding up a red axe and shouting RAAAAARRRRGGGHHHH
  12. great guide! im sure this'll give other perm mutes some hope! im permanentley muted (as stated in signature) and ive been using a lot of these tactics to get on in my game, but for skilling i use a program called swiftswitch wich has live IRC chat at the bottom of my runescape screen instead of reading
  13. "Loss"? Members can still access the party room... And not even going into "didnt deserve it" and "noobtopia". yeah but im never in falador so ill probably never be strolling along when, "oh a drop party!" and they dont deserve it so yeah dont go into it because 80% of the people will make your head explode with logic you dont wanna hear
  14. I'm all for making pures extinct (at least the obnoxious rude ones). WHOS WITH ME?? me me me me MEEEEe pick me! its me! me! over here!
  15. they didnt deserve it but they got it and they are grateful, so i shall not be angry for the loss of party pete to noobtopia!
  16. if jagex hated pures they would create an easy quest that requires 85 defence and the rewards would be a sword thats as good as a dragon long and the special would cut the opponents strength in half until they were killed and you can use it 6 times (to prevent them potting) and a shield that negated the effect of the sword (85 defence required though) so jagex doesnt hate pures, they just love us balanced fighters more!
  17. I've seen many people who are obviously using autotypers in World 2, but I only report them if they set the speed to be an unfair advantage. If they set it at an appropriate time interval for the length of the text, more power to them. It saves their hands from hurting. Humans have been using tools for millenia, and thats what sets us above the animals. As long as you can't do it any BETTER than people not using tools, then I believe it's totally within the boundaries of the rules. saving their hands from hurting using 3rd party software = against the rules and an unfair advantage... i think you just pwn3d yourself Read again: Saving their hands from hurting using 3rd party software is a REAL LIFE benefit. Not an in-game benefit. Thus, by your own logic, it's unfair but it's not in full violation because it's not an in-game benefit. Who exactly "pwn3d" themselves in this situation? its a benefit in rs too, what if i said "I auto at yews so i dont have to click on the yew trees wich save my fingers from hurting" would you say "oh thats understandable go ahead and auto away my level 3 friend!"? and wether or not you would its still 3rd party software that interferes with the game and is against the rules so bizam
  18. i expected you to say "your all just jealous because pures pwn you" why? because its a stereotype like all have said and the majority of pures ive seen that post these topics say it...
  19. go pking and then dodge their attacks! thus creating a new word, DODGE NOOB!
  20. sounds logical captain

It's fair that MY hands should hurt because YOU weren't smart enough to use an autotyper fairly? I think not. but my point is autotypers arent FAIR period so you cant use one fairly no matter what sort of cheater logic you pull
  22. whyd they delete that?
  23. even though 70 of those 100 might be macros +1
