A good belief/religion is one where people can see the benefits of it through the way you live. You shouldn't have to force it down other peoples throats.
Hilarious, because egging houses is awesome and we should all do it and make people who work 9-5 clean it up so they can work some more! Little brat. Or we could just complain about everything.
Right. Based on no knowledge of psychology or anything remotely similar, here's my cliche' response... Teenagers are trying to find who they are, so when they find something they're really into, like a musical style, they cling to it with everything they have. Sound's pretty accurate to me.A lot of kids brainwash themselves into liking the "cool" music and then use their "cool" music as one of their standards of how to judge others and see whos cool and whos not.
Making Beatles threads is the "in thing". On topic though, most of my favorite songs are John Lennon solos from the white albums. I'd reccomend Rubber Soul, The White Album, A Hard Days Night, Revolver, and Abbey Road.
I've only read Cat's Cradle from him and it was worth the read. Didn't he write slaughter house something about a guy whos kidnapped by aliens and all he can think about is some photo of a lady and a pony "getting acquainted"? I think thats right.
So the country you're born in is a choice? That's what you're inferring of course. Jesus I don't think he's being serious. Thank you for beign the first person ever to realize that I'm not always serious when I post things :) So you can joke in a very rude and caustic way but when someone returns your pseudo-jerk attitude you can't handle that? His reply was funny and so utterly ridiculous that it would be folly to think he was serious. Your reply was stiff.
Lots of people play poker for fun and view there losses as mearly paying for their entertainment. And on that note, drugs actually make me quite happy.
About 2 years ago I played runescape for 1 summer 17 hours a day sometimes more. 99 fishing, 80 smithing, 97 firemaking, and 96 cooking along with 70 something combat. All of that in one summer and never having been a member (I think those stats are accurate). Yes I was addicted. But considering my neighborhood playing computer games was a healthy alternative. Thats what computer games should be--a healthy alternative to other negative things that are presented in most peoples neighborhoods. Im guessing that is what most people here are trying to say is that even though some people get unhealthly addicted (such as I was), MMORPG's generally keep people out of trouble and from doing much more unhealthy alternatives.
