  1. That's the point. Scientists are so stubborn in the mind as to thinking that CO2 is the culprit, but what if it's something else? In the picture about carbon dioxide releases in Hawaii, how do you know it's humans and not just the volancoes? The real ones aren't. Typical, stand up for your fellow scientists, even though I'm right.
  2. F2p got 2 new wheatfields and a better looking dragonfire shield, so stop whining about the lack of updates.
  3. How would people tell us about ghosts they're dead Simple, you can't show children a creepy mind eating ghost :o Simple, don't try.

  5. Bobbington, do you mind me using your words? I don't want to be plageurizing here. P.S. are you the bobbington from the Future Updates thread on the RSOF?
  6. I'm sort of related to George W. Bush, (no comments since I support him,) one of my great grandfathers (or mothers?) married one of his great grandmothers (or fathers?).
  7. I know there's glaciers melting and carbon dioxide increasing blah blah blah but please show me it's humans adding all that carbon dioxide.
  8. Omg! Who doesn't want a broom for halloween? Sweeping with it, wielding as a weapon, HOVERING, who wouldn't like a broom that does that? Omg, but no, they have to have a hood that will probably give a skill bonus, how exciting. Thousands of people walking around with the same hood. How cool.
  9. ~ANCIENT BUGS LIST~ INTRODUCTION: This is a list made by the people who are willing to sacrifice knowledge they know about RS glitches from the past and recent. THE LIST OF BUGS: I plan to make a list of bugs I know that have happened in the past, if you would like to post something I forgot please do so, if you happen to have any pictures, please post them. MAJOR BUGS ~Falador Massacre~ On June 6, 2006, 6/6/06, a bug was discovered with the newly released player owned houses. In world 11, a player whose name is Durial was at a house party. This person's house party was the first person to reach 99 construction, and his name was Cursed You. So Durial was fighting a player, when Cursed You kicked everybody out of his house. Durial and some other players had to ability to kill anyone in the Runescape world outside the wilderness. So dozens of people were killed in Falador, there was a huge crowd following Durial. The group of player killers received many rares and items in all worth billions of gp. It lasted throughout the day, while moderators were yelling "Bank your valuables!!" It was armageddon. People were being slaughtered and the worst part was they couldn't fight back. Finally, a mod with atleast some brain decided to kick the team, and Jagex locked their accounts. Billions and Billions of gp was lost during that day. ~The Great Party Hat Dupe~ In Runescape Classic, a group of people downloaded a cheat to Runescape that let them duplicate any items nonstackable, such as party hats, christmas crackers, and dragon square shields. The economy was balanced out that day as thousands of christmas crackers and pink party hats came in to the economy. Stuff like dragon squares and helms was also duped. Jagex offered a reward which was lifetime membership to whoever told them who did it. The starter of the duped told jagex he did it in hope for lifetime membership. A reward it was, the reward of all the earth, a permanent IP ban. MEDIUM BUGS ~Walking on water~ In early 2007 a glitch was caused in catherby on world 82. From catherby beach to water obelisk island a invisible path opened up, so players could walk across the water to water obelisk island. Big riot there, and even the Wise Old Man showed up to see what was happening! ~Insta-Death~ A few week prior to the faldor masacar, player standing in random spaces such as faldor square, the gargoyals, and outside of tears of guthix would randomly die from a "one-hit", Jagex rectified this bug quickly and pointed out although it was extreamly nastly, it was not new, and only happened in some cicumstances. The only reaosn it took so many people that day was bacase the discovery of the bug left to alot of people trying to test it. Credit to Bobbington2 ~Sleeping cap lure~ Pre wildreness ditch players worked out how to lure players into the wilderness using the emotre on the sleeping cap, standing near the entrace to the wildrenes, a player would ask another to follow them. they would then trigger the special and then click inside the wildreness. The plaer would not move till the emote had finnished but afetr it had the lurer and the victim woudl both appear in the wildreness skipping the warning screen. Again, credit to Bobbington2 ~The great deleated item!~ On the release day or the achivment diaries a temporary sticky was posted in the recent updates forum to calm people down after another nasty bug. Although I am unsure or the circumstances it was possible for stackable items to randomly disapear from a players inventory, most of the cases I heard of where releated to cash, seeds, and pieces or eight. Once again, credit goes to Bobbington2 ~Tea, tea, beautiful tea~ A bug from 2006 made it so whenever you drunk tea it would restore your hp and stats to full. This bug was heavily abused in places like KQ, KBD, Jad, and Chaos Elemental. Players would stock up on tea, then go out to fight these bosses. When their hp got very low, they drunk the tea, then they were full on hp and everything again. Jagex later removed it in a weekly update. ~Jad invites his brother over to dinner~ there was a bug in which a player having killer the level 702 jad where faced with him respawning a few seconds later killing the player, this stoped many people from collecting their fire cape; Credit to Bobbington2, yo. ~A Powerful Knife~ In Runescape classic there was a bug with the commonly known knife. Players found a way to wield it as a weapon hitting 57. It was used alot in player killing, a player is walking through the wilderness. Then all of a sudden a group of people wielding knives come and own you hitting 57s on you. ~Who let the imps out?~ Near when castle wars came out a bug happened where players could actually walk around runescape as sheep, animals or rabbits, because they glitched themselves out of the waiting rooms. In the wilderness, it was very bug abused. You would see a bunny, cool a bunny, and you would ignore it. All of a sudden this bunny hits dds specials on you and whip specials. Lol, funny. Credit to trevor922233 ~Range Darts bug~ I think early 2007, or may have been late '06 a bug after an update where the more knives you weilded (range knives) the bigger your range bonus, so if you wilded 1 and the range bonus was +8 wileding 8 would make it + 64 and so on, this led to people wielding 20k knives and having mental range bonuses resulting in them always hitting their max hit, players took advantage of this in the duel arena and the wilderness. it was rectified soon after. Credit to tomdavies90 ~Prequel to A Wall No Longer~ How it happened was you opened a door and it'd cover the wall, nothing major here right? However when you closed the door the game saw it as an empty space. Lets just say I had alot of fun that day and a mod couldn't stop me as I was doing nothing wrong in Jagex's view of bug abuse. Credit to sworddude198 and nicrune008 ~The Power of Vengeance~ This bug was where a person would use vengeance, and instead of recoiling 75% of the damage that you had recently received, you recoiled 750%. Many people were using this bug to k0 the KQ, KBD, and Chaos Elemental. This bug was just a simple error of a misplace in the decimal by Jagex. Credit to scruffy009 SMALL BUGS ~The warriors guild~ When the warriors guild was released everybody ran up to burthope to see it! however one small mistake was made...... they forgot to upload the guild! when players got there they found an empty space, the game was rebooted again a few minuits later. Credit to bobbington2 ~The ardgoune Half house ~ Just before tje release of construction, there was a game update that had an odd side effect. half of the servants guild in Ardgoun was uploaded in the game, there was a roof on the floor, and only one outside wall. it was removed in a system update a few days later. Thanks to bobbington2 ~A crystal clear problem~ How it went was that you could alch them for more than you buy them from the elf, you had to alch in F2P though. I remember reading this somewhere on Tip It forums. Credit to sworddude198 ~A wall no longer~ Right after the big varrok update alot was changed,New look,New musem,And something not so new JaGeX screwing up! The house right across from the musen was flutterd with people, you could walk through the south west wall!!! Credit to... er... I forgot his name, but scroll down and you'll find his post. ~Ali morissane never gets his carpets straight~ A bug happened recently where a player actually flew through world 2 falador on the carpet in the desert... had a big crowd following him with wanna-be moderators. ~The magical moving chair~ A bug that Jagex hasn't fixed where you would do a series of performances, and then you could walk around in the chair. You would instead of walking, sit in your chair and magically move around. Credit to trevor92223 More coming soon! 10. did you log in and out? So, if I logged out and back in, I could scooter around, let's say, Al-Kharid?
  11. BUSH FTW! Favorites: George W. Bush, Teddy bear, Lincoln, Washington. Despised: Clinton, not George W. Bush, and I'mnot really old enough to know about anyone else.
  12. No, don't enter mine! I just posted it here because there was nowhere else to put it!
  13. I can make paint comics if you'd like
  14. Same thing happens to me, it's just appetite swing, one day I love meat and like to eat steak, but another day I want to have something other than meat. It's totally natural, and nothing bad is happening.
  15. Well you live in Canada so you may know what I'm talking about, but this is what happened in America. Common places like North America and Central America, more along the east coast didn't receive snowfall. HOWEVER, places that have never received a snowfall before have gotten snow. Malibu and North Texas got loads of snow. The climate just adjusts and changes all the time, it's totally natural.
  16. We meet again, i see. This time, however, I'm partially agreeing with you. The melting of the ice caps etc is due to different seasons. But we are changing these seasons, bit by bit. For example, the Arctic. It melts in spring. However, I melts ealier than normal. Why? Global warming. The warming also affects the freezing. Now, much less ice is frozen every year. Causing the gradual decrease in ice amounts. How do I know this. Saving planet Earth was just on. David Attenbourough (sp?) told us about it on the show. They are getting scientifically proven facts showing what I've just said. Unless your a scientist. You are not smart enougth to oppose them. I don't need science to prove my point. The only comeback I can think of is the earth has been changing how it's functioned for as long as the earth has been here. For example, last year, in my state, it snowed on Thanksgiving and lasted through march. Though this year in my state we've only had one snowfall, and it was a city covered in ice*. So the world is constantly changing. We know that. *Awesome, it rained like crazy, then it froze, so imagine about 4 feet of ice covering every part of town, outside break at school was awesome, ice skating at school without skates. Our school has a big field, and a big hill that goes down into another. Awesome sledding!
  17. Yea, the Earth can balance itself out, and it probably has. But, because of everything we're doing do harm the environment, we've greatly thrown it out of balance so it might take thousands of years for it to 'fix' itself. By then, we will have killed ourselves... You say that saying we're causing global warming and it'll cause melting ice caps and our land flooding is moronic. Why? Because it's true? The ice caps are melting, and if they melt enough, tons of our land will be flooded. Many polar bears are actually DROWNING because they can't find ice to rest on. A semi aquatic mammal is drowning. Ah... money... It always comes back to this. This article says that the Iraq war is costing $100,000 a minute. (think it's a little high? go here and time it, it'll work out to almost $200,000 a minute) If we withdrew from Iraq, in 3,000 minutes, 50 hours, a little over 2 days we would have enough money for this. How's that for perspective? My god, it's called seasons
  18. What's unhealthy about wanting to preserve the planet? Whats unhealthy is overdoing it.
  19. I did it, but I couldn't get out of the duel arena :x any help?
  20. What really interested me was the cape, see how it's bending? How odd.
  21. That would be SO HILARIOUS! The bald heads with a beard sticking out of the ground!
  22. My god, you democrats say Bush is a bad president. Would you rather have John Kerry or Al Gore for president? I don't think so. Al Gore: He has an unhealthy obsession about global warming propaganda, atleast Bush doesn't go overboard on saving the environment John Kerry: Lol By the way, I think the war in Iraq and Afghanistan is good, not good as though people are dieing, but good outcome effects. Just imagine. If we never went to the middle east, the terrorists would be invading multiple countries, death rates would skyrocket more then they are now, and possibly nuclear armageddon in asia.
  23. Yeah, I saw the cape one, it was odd, as capes in Runescape don't bend like that I sound demanding and idiotic, but any pictures? :(
  24. Holy crap that's really gonna affect me! :o
