we really don't need this. when you enter a dungeon all you have to do is change the brightness to the lowest. there now its darks

did you report him right when he said he was selling his account? or did the conversation take less than 60 sec.?

the only thing you have to do is put them on ignore. there's really no reason for reporting a begger because you'd rather want him banned instead of ignoring him.

well i do go pking.when someone teleports i don't get angry and get sick of it i just move on to another person. you should be able to teleport anywhere in the wild anyways.

if you round it it would be around 3 for you. so it would be 3/10 for you.

what's so sick about them teleporting? maybe they don't want to die or lose any stuff? if they're taking the fun out of it i suggest you stop pking

all this would make too much chaos in runescape the ignore list stops beggers so use it
