Please note at the end that I just thought of it yesterday and haven't had enough time to smooth it out.

I searched for this and nothing came up with this so.... Player Owned Guilds! This would cost about 17m and three people, AKA, the guild owners who decide what the guild would be. They would buy it from the Guild builder who had built all the guilds. It would cost 17m then it would take two days to built then before you open it you decide how many floors there will be, 2m for every floor. Then you decide what kind of guild, then you fill it with stuff from that skill, prices varying. Then find a portal to put it in. Yanille, Brimhaven, Adrougune, and other places with names I can't Remember. You can then charge 1k - 5k for entrance of your guild, or if you want free. You can keep updating your guild, it'll be closed till you finish updating. The reason I made it three people to make the guild cause the money for one thing. And I know you're probally thinking People can totally set this up on they're own. But some take care of the money, usually the most trusted one. The other keeps records of whose been there and the third as the money taker. If you try and go in without paying it will kick you out and say. "You did not pay, you can't go in for a hour." Also, the only good guild can ask for 4-5k, the more exspensive they spent on the guild and how fancy and much it trains a hour is how good it is. This is the end of my suggestion and please note that I came up with the idea today so I'm still trying to smooth it out. Thank you!

Hi, Garion here and I want a pixel signature but I ain't rich so I won't get it probaly. Well, here are the details. Chara #1: Helment: All the partyhats piled on top of each other. Armour: Full dragon with the helm Weapon: A whip wrapped around his hand. Shield: A dragon square Face: Like this: : ) Ammy: Fury Action: Sitting on a throne. And fingering with a pile of money that's heaped by the throne. Chara #2 Helment: Dragon med Armour: Full dragon Weapon: A dragon battle axe at his hip Shield: None Face: : \ Ammy: None Action: Leading chara #4 away Chara #3 Just like number 2 except standing next to #1 Chara #4 Helment: Zerker helm Armour: Full rune Weapon: none Shield: none Face: Can't see it Ammy: None Action: Head bowed being led away Other: Make the room be filled with holiday stuff and other rare stuff. The room should be wood with lanterns hanging by the ceiling. The room should be bright but a little dark. It will be in a room. On the side walls should be hooks. Some santa hats should be hanging from the hooks. In the background should be a stand with a christmas cracker in it, the stand should have a case over it. An easter egg should be put on a stand too.
