Something you guys might want to watch out for ... Make sure you get visited by the Dark Brotherhood before going in a trapfilled dungeon or they'll go kill themselves in the traps and you cant join :P

hmm... i'm running on a amd 64 3400+ , 1GB ram and 6600GT (little higher than you in processor, but thats it) and it's running fairly nice. Going to tweak a bit more, but right now I got it on everything high (1024x768 resolution) with bloom effects. I was realy choppy at first, but found out HDR was my problem. I can probaly run it with some decent stuff on now. :) I like the look of the game, looks good to me. Maybe not as good as half life 2, but than again, i'm having a lot of fun in it. ps: to level up, do you need to rest in a certain spot? Coulda sworn it said I should rest to meditate on my skills, and I have this up signal thing on my screen, but i've rested for a while and nothing. :oops: I also broke my first oblivion gate, it was fun. Area wasn't that bad (the cultist people in it are kinda tough), but it was cool. I'm helping with a siege right now. Preaty funny, one (well all) of the guards around me died, so I looted one of their bodies :lol: . If it's the same as Morrowind, you need to find a bed to rest... otherwise you're just waiting >.< (I found that out the hard way :P )

Could it possibly be due to xbox hardware problems? Have you tried hanging the power brick from a string? and possibly putting the console on a flat surface with a lot of ventilation?

Who has the internet and doesn't have a computer? Um, at least half the world. At least half the world has internet but not a computer? What do they do, browse on the LCD screens built into their palms? I think there was possibly some language mixup there :P

Not in small schools, I've had the same teacher for math (One of the best teachers I've had though :D ) since 9th grade and I will until I graduate, same with the horrible lecturing history teacher, the rambling, fun, doesnt know what to do so he gives you a page of work out of the book (same page 3 times a week at times) science teacher, the great english teacher... and thank goodness I'm not going into anymore business classes because that teacher is horrible! We had 1 day to do an assignment that was easily 3 hours =\ Due at the beginning of classes too, if you work on it the day its due in class you get a 50... then I go to a free hour, of which I am a great teacher to myself ;) And then I top it off with the science teacher teaching Principles of Technology :D What a great lifestyle Just like my sciences teacher :P! He will ask for month old homework and when we say we turned it in (we did it on paper), he says it cant hurt to do it in Word again :P

Maybe I should get to morrowind (Only have the expansions for my xbox version though :( ) I dont think I ever got any farther than a very rich level 3 in either version >.< I might just get to it before chronicles of rid[bleep] and UC2

Elaborate? I've never heard of a Hegemon Council. The only thing google turned up for me is a MIT website about a hegemonic federation of planets that sounded like Star Trek. When help is in need of ya, don't hesitate to use Wikipedia.

Yeah the slow thing is very similar to Morrowind, I remember when I first started playing and I kept thinking that I was just walking not running, it takes time but after you get some levels in athletics (or whatever it is called in Oblivion) I am sure that the walking speed will increase. Usually it is fairly easy to level athletics, either do a lot of swimming and then refill fatigue, or blow a bunch of money towards improving it. Also you might want to make your speed one of your highest attributes and make sure athletics is a major skill. I had always heard (and exercised) that easy skills should not be a major or minor because they will give you levels too easy and you won't have the kind of multipliers you could really use at times :P

A little grammar and spelling work goes a long ways... even for a 3.9 student (Although that really means nothing, since some of the most unintelligent people in my school have high GPAs from putz classes :P ) ;)

School isn't for playing games :) You might actually try to do work in that class or in other classes or just read up on the news ;)
