  1. just so you know, if you want to be a teacher, you'd better learn to spell "biology" correctly. lol, good luck with your goals. And if you learned how to read instructions and read my sig, you would know not to correct my spelling. Ive seen teachers with spelling and grammer as bad as mine, so i dong think its really gonna matter that much. Just saying, but I respect my teachers that can spell simpler words correct more than ones that have glaring mistakes.
  2. That's what I got off of subse7en's post... since I didn't think some company would be that bad giving xp directly for money :P
  3. Thats the stupidest advice ever! What? Girls like money and they like to see money grow! Simple.... (I'm horrible)
  4. Pay for more EXP? That's laughable. Fascist games FTL *cough* Runescape :P
  5. This really isn't an allowed topic here. If they wanted us to play games in school they wouldn't have blocked them.
  6. Ahaha, a girl sent me one of those in second grade  Haven't seen it since
  7. As to the posts about it doesn't matter, I've heard from people that your major doesn't even really matter (I guess that's probably as long as its in the same scope of the job you are looking at?) Can anyone clarify that for me? o.o
  8. Realistic: MINI COOPER! Unrealistic: Hot Pink VX Beetle
  9. Try to limit the number of tabs you have open at a time http://kb.mozillazine.org/Browser.sessionhistory.max_total_viewers Also read that and you might want to change the setting to around 1 or 2. (It is the number of pages cached for a tab so you can go back and forth easily... you really don't need some insanely huge number :P )
  10. I can't find the fourth chip for the remote control for the life of me (blue I think)
  11. Way to ruin it for the fat people! I bet they'll see that blank and then there will be more "bigger" people out there that they feel the need to "check up on".

Off topic: "Last edited by Pete_the_viscous on Wed 01 Mar, 1997 25:57 am; edited 76 times in total" What the hell? Heh, I remember someone had a sig like that except it was a few thousand edits :D And I might snag a copy when it goes down to $30, even if my computer can't exactly play it yet *glances at Myst IV*
  13. Why do you want a router with USB wireless? You can get a much cheaper one with an ethernet connection to your computer, from the pictures on newegg, it looks like your mobo has a port for the ethernet cable. (I got my wireless router for ~$60, it's a WRT54GC)
  14. My history class wants me to look across the atlantic too =\ (We're just now finishing up world war 1 =\ I don't think we'll get past the Korean war by the end of the year)
  15. Are you sure that's not user fault, since the people that seem to be worst with computers usually go after the cheapest ones :P
  16. pfft to that. lost in the post mate ^_^ Actually it looks like that is government employees only :P
  17. Oh...sorry  No smileys or anything..... I couldn't find a joke in it either =\
  18. EEEEHEEEHEE :D Slave auction, who's going to be in this one? Or do yeh know yet :o
  19. Heh dancing, one time during the cotton eye joe I accidentally let go of my friend when he went for a jump and he fell.... result: every guy in the class had to come in for dance lessons the rest of the semester at seminar I always hated gym myself =\ Either the odds were stacked against the guys or we were playing something that wasn't fun
  20. Are you sure you downloaded the real msn plus? http://www.msgplus.net Just be sure to click no when they ask to install the extra software and you'll be fine *shrugs*
  21. Probably math =\ Which is odd, because it's my lowest ACT subscore ....
  22. I'd really like to see something back that up
  23. Do you think that person still stands to make money off of it 70 years after their death though? It *would* be unfair if it was anything below authors lifetime copyright, but that's not the suggestion here. No, but, like I said, it's not about the money. It's the fact that they have come up with something worthy of carrying on to future generations. If the rights to that idea or creation are gone after their death, then those who originally came up with it are easily forgotten. Once more people have access to their idea/product/whatever, it becomes so stale and it feels cheap in a sense. It loses its integrity in a way. IMO the works of Jules Verne have no lost integrity when compared to say, Anne Rice...
  24. I think every screaming 3-4 year old will join me with this one MASHED TATERS!
  25. Sorry to nitpick, but your analogy is flawed  It should either be an eight track player and the iPod or the eight track tape and the mp3 format I really don't see dialup as being horrible unless I want to play a game online, which isn't often. I'd say its more like a CD player to an iPod.
