Even though it's written stupidly, it's not such a bad idea, when I was getting 69, I alternated between this, cannonballs and some sort of smithing. (Can't remember) i did 50-70 doing this and it trains mage very well (12k less than high alch/h) Super heat is way faster then alc. WAY FASTER.

Bunyip heals 2 hp 15 seconds and when I went with mediocre stats and 155 range defense i never went below 50 hp. Archer > Row Try to get 150 and you will be 100% fine.
