Because you have 98 range you might not HAVE to restore stats with restores whenever you drink a brew. Keep prayer lowish so you can always drink a restore when you have to multiple brew.

Brews = healing + raise hp over max + lowers combat stats + super defense. Restores = Prayer restore + restores stats Dont ask shady questions.
