  1. Sorry to sound offensive but the reserve team of a MLS team isn't spectacular. Especially one which isn't at the top of the MLS rankings. An American football player didn't join his respective countries football league. MLs may have good teams, but not comparable to top flight teams. I doubt he would get to that position on a top league team of any European country. This is funny considering Kansas City is the same team that beat Manchester United last summer. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't MU in first place in Barclay's? Please don't say they lost just because of Rooney's absence. Considering the fact that he was playing absolutely terribly around that time anyway, it would have made no difference. With a side featuring De Laet, Biram Diouf, Ben Amos and Nani coming back from a several month-long injury? The first three on that list wouldn't even make United's second team, let alone first. In fact I don't think De Laet's even at the club any more. Yes, it's not as simple as that. Elfsborg lost against Napoli in the summer with 0-2 in the EL qualifiers, does this mean Elfsborg is as good as Roma who was the last team to loose with 0-2 against Napoli? No. It's the same sort of logic. And De Laet is on loan at Pompey i think.
  2. Type O Negative - I don't wanna be me Been listening to a bit of TON the last couple of weeks, really sad Peter died last year... So much left. Edit: Oh god damn it, [developmentally delayed] Roadrunner records.

I usually drink every time i go out with me mates, but i seldom get drunk. I need to drink so many litres of beer if i want to do that, so that doesn't happen more than maybe uhm... once or twice a year. I just usually have maybe 4 or 5 pints during the night, ale/bitter or stout... Never lager really. Drinking age for the pub is 18 here, but i would say that 20 in some cases would be better. Or maybe a compromise, a pint is age 18 while stronger spirits are 20. That's because when you see the 18/19 year old's out on the weekend, generally... Their behaviour is quite crap. On a another note, i'd like to see the alcohol monopoly be taken down in my country and privatized. A ban wouldn't really be possible today. Even tho alcohol causes pain and death for some individuals, it's about self control. Weed... Hm, tried it a few times, but i'm more into beer than the weed culture. It's a pain the arse to get a hold of where i live, and the punishment for possession and all the implications that being registered in the police records means it doesn't really make it worth it. I'd be for legalizing it with government sanctioned shops as the only places to get it. Not much of a controversial post this, eh.
  4. By not owning one. Remove Spybot and run Malwarebytes instead, better program. What can i say... Keep your programs up to date, make sure you, and you alone, are the one using the computer, run scans with those two programs whenever you feel like it. Don't go into websites with dubious content, WOT is a nice add-on for Firefox (but don't trust it blindly). If you are using Wlan, make sure it's safe and that none of your neighbours are using it. And try working on your paranoia.
  5. Didn't get a reply on the first page, so maybe on this. Is this something you often consider while thinking about people? It's just... Uhm, i don't know... It just seems so trivial lol.
  6. This is off topic. Instantly thought of Jon Parkin when i read your post (Preston connection), maybe would have suited for American Football. His been a bit porky at times.
  7. Hm. Feminist, equality yes, feminist, no. Overly girlish and all that. Below 170cm. Overly skinny or fat. Rather date a girl with some muscles than a real skinny one. Piercing in the belly-button and tongue, rest of the places are good to go. Religious. Left in politics. That's that i suppose, height is not too important, but if i could choose (hehe) i'd rather run around with a taller girl. Piercings again, not too important, but if one could choose...
  8. Please explain how you find a tan a turn-off? Is it all sorts of tans, or do you mean "tan on a can" (like bodybuilders use on contests)?
  9. Had to listen to all the songs to see what this was, except for Porcupine Tree (well ok, listened to Sigur Ros too, but not really 'into' them), not really 'my cup of tea'. But an interesting read. Interesting that you also mention that music has helped you cope with different situations. Am i the only one for whom it doesn't work? Ok, maybe i shouldn't listen to Type O Negative's Life Is Killing Me album when you feel [cabbage]ty... Heh.
  10. Wasn't able to watch Everton - Villa yesterday, wrote a standardized-test during the morning/noon for uni (i suppose similar to SAT), gonna watch some highlights later. Decent point anyways. But i watched Arsenal - Blackburn yesterday, hahaha... They really need to shop in the summer, especially for someone who shouts at them for 90min. And hahaha, i'm watching Sunday Supplement atm, and my god, how PC... 'ooo horrible blablabla'. Yes i know there's kids watching, but come on... Edit: Last part is about Rooney. Edit2: Milano derby yesterday was really enjoyable up til Inter were reduced to 10. And Cassano... Haha, what a man.
  11. Originally i was going to post about the affirmative action policy that some of the biggest companies on the German stock market has adopted and how idiotic and stupid this is. But i'm not going to. It annoys me that i just finished watching all seasons by 30 Rock, thankfully 5th is still some episodes left before summer break comes. But god damn, when you finally find a series... And swoosh, you are up to date.

  13. This thing is a convenient way for certain comfortable people being able to say "oh look how good i am, turning the lights off for earth hour". As i said in my previous post, it should be done automatically. Turn off your computer instead of leaving it on sleep mode, turn off your tv instead of having it on standby, turn off the lights in a room which you wont be in for a while... Etc etc etc. And then you go slightly off topic with animals, change the title if you want a full on environmental discussion. Humans take space, yes. There's two easy solutions to this problem, which will even greater in the future. 1, kill 5/6th of the earth population. 2, restrict the number of children a couple can have in each country. Two very simple and effective ways. Number 2 is the more humane option i suppose.
  14. I was working out, so no. Bit difficult doing squats in pitch black. I think it's a little bit nonsense to be honest, people sitting at home watching tv and then having to be reminded to turn of the lights. It should be done automatically. My sister is a bit hypocritical for instance, runs around and turning the lights off "ahhhh it's earth hour" and then the other days she leaves the tv on, all the lights and blablabla.
  15. I wonder if not Hargreaves should retire and become a coach of some sort instead, just read that a joint in his shoulder popped out as he was nearing recovery. England - Wales in a couple of hours, will be interesting to see how they perform.
  16. Subtract a year and that's me, maybe mod/maxed and older players... ? Don't know.
  17. I got one. Don't know if they send out randomly or something, obviously i'm no mod or maxed player, and i've never been really into the whole RS community thing. If i don't got anything better to do i might see what's what.

  19. Many political parties have a dubious past tho, it shouldn't be a deciding factor if party x has changed from it's history. Just wanted to say that. Since in particularly media it's used as an argument when debating the current 'version'. Not talking BNP here, just generally.

Not really new, but anyways. Funny video, the little dude must be a bit of a [developmentally delayed] because the other one is twice as big.
  21. Hm, cool. Have to wait til next year for the 10 year one then. I like the first design the best.
  22. Slow websites. God damn. I want to impulse buy a pair of new headphones (ear cover ones), and then the price-comparison site is totally bugged out. Slooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow. *fpiashfipsdifwswåhgoåwht20h0ujh0§u0§j10ej§å02ej1jdå03jf02ujtåwrng !!!!!!!!!*
  23. Mazzy Star - All your sisters
  24. Hehe, was fun. Should have planned some event tho.
  25. As long as it's not a prebuilt computer, all should be fine. I've done it several times.
