  1. 5m on Tripsis and a trout.
  2. [spoiler=hide] You are supposed to bid higher than the previous bidder.
  3. Forum name:Oldjoe Ingame name:Joedeby Slave you wish to bid for:Tripsis Your bid:500k Picture of the cashpile/items, with your name clearly visible in the chatbox and the cashpile examine also visible (NEEDED): [spoiler=pic] I'll probably be outbid by someone, but let's see !
  4. Sad that Ronaldo, if not the worlds best striker ever, one of the all times best, put the shoes in the locker today. I was planning on watching a full Corinthians game this year as he was set to retire in the end of the year. You only wonder what he'd been like if his body had stayed fit and injury free.
  5. Not seen Everton more uninspired than they were today. Totally under the ice. Listening to the after talk at the moment and they were talking a bit about Everton and signings and mentioned Lescotts transfer, yes... Where did all the money go? *Duncan come back* Fantastic goal by Rooney.

Haha, funny forum that you need to 'apologize' (in lack of other words) for this topic. I do it from time to time. Playing poker with some mates and some drinks and you bet a fiver each or so, makes it a bit more fun. Might play 10 or so on a football match, don't really like to loose money, so that's why i only bet small amounts. I wonder what the odds for Newcastle 5-0 over Sunderland was lol. Play some blackjack at the pub once in a while.

I haven't been to a live gig for ages. Two reasons i suppose, or actually three; I haven't had money for it (it's just not the ticket, it's food, travel etc), been a bit lazy and i haven't been listening to much metal for the last couple of years, tho it's slowly creeping back. Would be nice to see Maiden again, but their tickets go in 5 seconds, and then if you want one, you'll have to pay double on ebay - and i can't be bothered about that, and for all i care they could change their whole song set to those which you never here, Bring your daughter... Instead of Fear of the dark for example would be cool. Anyways. I have recently discovered a band called Indochine, and i am speechless. So incredible brilliant. I have re-watched their Stade de France dvd from this summer over and over since i got it, and it's kick-started some engine in me, wanting to go to a gig. Speaking of this dvd, the only thing that annoys me a bit is that the camera randomly showing people in the crowd crying. But i suppose i don't really know what they are all about yet. It would also mean i'd have to travel to France and watch a gig, which is a bit costly hehe. But i would love it. Oh and, i must see Motörhead within the next couple of years. This is a weird post as i look back on it, oh well.
  8. Bahaha, Rodwell out for a month and Saha out for 2 weeks. But at least Cahill is back, him running around behind Beckford or Anichibe+Beckford , the only bonus is that Bolton has slumped in form over the last few weeks.
  9. All about Steve I should not have had the expectations i did, it looked a bit "b" just on the cover. I thought, hm, maaaaaaaybe it is a bit 'crazy' (since she's stalking) and funny. But, it was just too light. If she had been more crazy it would have been a lot more fun, this was just a bit "sweet". I wish i hadn't seen it. The script was crappy, no good explanations of where they were going and a bit dull. 3 or 4/10. Sandra Bullock had really too much make-up on her, and i fast forward the last 30min of the movie.
  10. Hmm, to me it looked a hard but fair challenge. Diaby obviously shouldn't have reacted the way he did, what a stupid way to get yourself sent off. Nufc fans who left at halftime must be pretty frustrated now  Not super quality: http://vodpod.com/watch/5512782-joey-barton-bad-tackle-on-abou-diaby-newcastle-arsenal Edit: Oh and, West Brom sacked Matteo today. I don't understand why. It is funny, clubs are prepared to pay players enormous wages, but then complain about transfer funds when they sack managers who will have a whole staff that needs pay-offs.
  11. Tapolsky, Purple Unit feat Sight Mc - Ты Ушла На Drum-n-Bass Norwegian drum n bass?!?!?!? No!
  12. @Resistance: You only listen to a song once? Wow! Frankly, I'm impressed.
  13. Scholes does a hand of god! What a crappy match by United. But i do like Elokobi (spelling?), probably due to his physicality hehe. They could employ Roy Keane and Oliver Kahn as extra motivators.
  14. You can't associate increased ticket sales with decreased album sales for the same reason that you said - there wouldn't be tours if the albums didn't sell, so obviously the albums are still selling enough for the labels to make a decent (read: ridiculously huge) profit. The reason ticket prices go up is because of a) greed and b) people being willing to pay. I'm not gonna lie and say that illegal torrenting decreases the interest in music. But, one have to wonder what will happen if sales on internet and physical copies continues to decrease and what action the label would take. That's why i'm saying it's a risky business continuing to download illegally and think that it won't change labels financing for tours. But at the same time it's partly their fault, the companies, for not acting quick enough with the internet. The should have put out well functioning online music stores almost a decade a go.
  15. Well, people who support illegal downloads always claim they are right to do this because labels nick most of the profit from each album copy. However, they forget that bands make money from the tours and merch. And here lies the funny thing, if artists aren't selling, labels will hesitate to fund a tour for the band. It costs and incredible amount to go on tour, and if the albums aren't selling, how would you justify it? It also depends on what type of music you are talking about, i can without backing up with any facts, claim that metal music has suffered less than the rest of music genres because the fans are incredible loyal. I would say that, if you are illegally downloading, download from bands such as Maiden, Metallica (watch out for Lars!) but try to buy the album from a band like Opeth. And what you are saying about ticket prices are true, i've seen some normal half crappy seating tickets go for 100€ each, and that's too much. I have my personal limit set on 40€, however, the smaller bands of my music taste are often priced at around 25€, which is a good price i think.
  16. Flipping hell, Saha!!! If he only can be injury free (1% chance) for the spring, hopefully might get top 10. Still would like to see Beckford a bit more. And what was the selling rumours i heard from the commentators about Fellaini? No chance in hell 'we' can afford him being sold. I saw the highlight from Newcastle - Arsenal, what the hell? If they are going to win they can't afford this. And ugh, Bartons tackle on Diaby... On the slow replay it looked like the leg would break.

Algae decreases the number of fish. A lot of what's caught in the seas are baby fish, fish that hasn't matured and isn't able to populate yet.
  18. Good consumer advice for RS .
  19. Blues brother Neville retired from football today. Not surprised, but i thought it would wait til summer. Tho they got O'Shea, Brown and Rafael there to cover. Fantastic right back. Speaking about Wes, there's been some rumours about him leaving in the summer, and i wouldn't mind seeing him at Everton.
  20. Miss March: It was different from what i thought it was going to be like, in a postive way. Pretty funny and some [bleep]s, tho the crap jokes were boring. 6.5/10. Good since you don't have to concentrate a lot on it. The Romantics. Oh my god, what a boring movie. It didn't piss me off, nor was it bad acting, but god damn boring. I wasted 40min on it, before i turned it off. I could not even see it with a bucket of crisps by my side. Some movies are so bad they become funny, like most of Asylums movies, but this... Ugh, what a piece of crap. 2/10. Life as we know it. Ah, hm, i thought it was going to be a lot more comedy than it was. Which is why i usually steer away from comedy-drama movies. It was not at all what i imagined, which i suppose is good. Probably wouldn't re-watch it, but a good movie for the middle of the week. 7/10. Love and Other Drugs. Not sure to write, it was a weird script. I don't know if the writers wanted you to think about the company vs sickness/disease, but it didn't really happen. And i suppose it's refreshing not having the usual "guy meets girl, quits job and goes out to save the world" type of stuff. His fat brother was funny. 6 or 7/10.
  21. Why do you want to kill people?
  22. Did they? I think they are the winners here. Well they got a lot of money for him, but couldn't bring in a replacement. True, but as a bonus they have Ben Arfa coming back. And they will get better deals for a striker in the summer. There's so many mixed stories about this, that they made him put up an transfer request to make it easier and blablabla. Anyways, it'll be an interesting Sunday. Gogogogo Toffees tonight.
  23. Did they? I think they are the winners here.
  24. ^Banana man: Suarez going for the same amount of money that Milan will pay for Zlatan in the summer (ok bigger wage, but still). I think it's an overprice. Chelsea's academy hasn't produced much for their own team, despite all the investment gone into it, McEchran (spelling?) looks real promising, but will be a couple of years. But it doesn't happen overnight with the academy, Man City, who've got one of UK's best academy's are looking like they are ruining it with all their signings. Also, Chelsea's spine are 30+ and then there's some youngester, but except for Chech and Ivanovic, there's none around that 25 mark. E: O, Torres had his transfer request rejected by Liverpool.
