ok, so if that IS correct it is better for training, but for duels,pvp boss hunting then torso is better? and wouldn't you need less food and less time running back and forward from banks to refill than adamant

oh yeah proeslyte is better than addy plat aswell, same def but +8 prayer

yeah, that is the only downside if you have a bad team or don't know how to do it. but it's worth the +4 str bonus unless you make 1m an hour to get bandos

well i've been reading in a lot of places that people believe the adamant chain body is better than torso, so i went and got them to see which one is statistically better. I also got an adamant plate and here's the results.. So unless you're versing someone with a stab weapon (plate), or mage the adamant is better but only just by +3 stab, +4-+7 mage

i get ya so just for back up exp...um you can go to tavelry dungeon and kill the hell hounds there is a safe spot there and they drop lvl 3 clues so if you wanna camp they're good

um my highest score is about 60k, i just make bulk arrows or runes and deposit on the last minute, it is risky if you die you lose it all so good to wear mage armour to stop freezing and have some food/energy pots. the reason i deposit at the last minute is to save time running back and forward

er... i don't think 2k cannon balls would get you to 70

no way it's have been a boxing kangaroo... people used to have boxing matches with them and had to cover there feet coz roos generally will rip your stomach open if you go near one that is aggresive

i don't even see why you bother pvp d bowing, you get no items it's weak and dishonourable to step into area for 4 seconds 2 spec someone walk out, if you're acutally using it fight then don't bother the defences is too low you'll get 2 speced
