Can't exactly sum them all of as a whole, as there are many different types of people whom are Mods. From my experience, they usually do a good job. They normally answer all questions, and take the needed action. But I'm sure some people have had bad experiences with them. So from my experience, they do more good than harm.

The pixels aren't really pixel designs. Just outlined RuneScape characters. :? Read some Guides on Pixeling, to get a hang of it. The signatures aren't that bad, but they are a bit simple. The renders aren't of great quality, so let the signatures down (I know they're the actually graphics of the game, but meh :P). Also, what looks like pre-made backgrounds doesn't suit either. Try to explore the different tools you have access to in Photoshop. ;) But for First ones (I assume they're first), not bad. :)

A bit too 'busy'. Too many effects to be honest, and the brown border is a let-down. Change the border to a 1 pixel, black border for starters. Then try to remove some of the effects appearing everywhere. The text looks good though. :)

Well, they can't be your friend if they scam you, so of course I'd report them. If I can't at least get the item back, I'll for sure make sure he'll be punished for taking advantage. I wouldn't report a friend if they did nothing to me though. AKA swearing in general etc. If a friend reported me though, I'd immidiatly assume they were no-longer a friend of mine. Friends don't report friends, and if they do, they aren't your friend.

First version is pretty good. The colours blend better than the second. Plus the second is too big. :-w Goood job. :) Could have used better text though. :-w

Perhaps aim for a 1,800 total level? You're merely 46 away from achieving it. Just train on easy skills like Fire-making or Construction (If you're willing to spend the money). :P

See, version 3 looks pretty good. I'd stick with that. ;)

Text and Angle look fine to me. :? Pretty good for a first fake. ^_^ A little random, but hey, aren't most fakes? :-w Good for a first. You sure we're looking at the same pic? The text in the chat box is all off. Oh yes. :-# Perhaps try downloading the RuneScape font online? Then use that in future pictures.

I don't know why people remove colour from signatures, I think it ruins them. :( If the top signature had some colour, I think it'd look better. But without any colour, it just looks too plain in my view. The bottom one is more colourful, but there's nothing central about it. If there was a main image to centralise everything around, it'd bring more attention to the design. Ratings: Top one: 6/10 (Give it colour, please :( ). Bottom one: 6.5/10

V1 is much better IMO. The animation effects on the text really make it stand out, and make the image more lively. Looks much better. The bottom one just looks dull without the animated text. Though both of them look some-what empty. :o 7/10 for the top one.

Coloured version looks better. Black and white just looks dull. The design is pretty good, though the random blobs let it down in my opinion. And it seems to be over-sharpened. :o 7/10 from me. :)

Well firstly, preorder Halo 3. :P Gears Of War is very good game tht you should get. As is Rainbow 6, Vegas. And if you are into Racing, Project Gothan 3. :)

The Ring. Horrible film, gave me nightmares when it was first released. :-$ And House On Haunted Hill. Not sure why, but parts of it really freaked me out. :XD: There are probably more, but nothing major comes to mind. :wink:

Erm, eihter you ruined the renders you had, or those renders are poor. They aren't blended well, and the text does not suit. Sorry to be harsh, but these aren't great. :/ Read up on some GIMP tutorials, and follow them through to get a hang of it. I look forward to some new (hopefully better :P) designs from you.
