I decided to go for 99 fletching (as obviously stated in the title). Currently I'm training with mith bolts (buying everything & reselling). Is there a faster way that would not be as costly as adamant bolts? And any similar speed alternatives since the 10k/few hours limit is really getting in the way? Comparison of rates would be nice.
