No chance, skulled = easily found by true pker teams. They can just feel where you are.

Well, a good location (until now that I said it) was nearby wilderness agility arena in lvl 56 wilderness (to the west). Then you can try the red dragon isle, but pkers tend to scout it occasionally. Anyway, you should get someone to trick with before starting to gain EP. I have 97% and no chance to use it up.

Teaks in the grove near tai bwo wannai. You can bank with trading sticks (don't loot nests because that will cost you). Accessing the grove also needs trading sticks. Just buy 100k sticks for a start and see if this method fits you.

Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. RuneScape client sends the computer name to the database. JaGeX/server/client is always (except when you are using unsigned client) aware if you are multilogged from the same computer. However, you cannot login to the same world with two characters, but you can: a) login to different worlds B) login to the same world on the same IP if computer names differ. This can mean only two things: 1) JaGeX doesn't have a final opinion about this borderline rule 2) If your name is John, and you named your computer "John's computer" as in the example by Microsoft, that should not prevent you to log in some RS worlds just because there are several John's in your network

Agility isn't as much macroed as mining. Especially powermining. Using mousekeys/macro to drop = ban.

Unfortunately there is no delayed messaging system in runescape. You will have to find another way...
