  1. I'd buy a shirt off you online, once you find/get all the screen printing equipment.
  2. He/she/it/penguin means that your signature lacks movement, and that that is due to the clipping mask. I suppose you could add an extra C4D in the empty part. It seems to me the sig lacks a bit of flow, so a directional C4D might help on that :)
  3. I like the text to the second one, but I don't like the repetition of the face on both sigs. They're nice other than that, good job.
  4. *eyebrow raises* If you go grab a stock, then add a few effects -- a lot of which were made by other people, such as brushes and C4Ds -- and adjustments on it and call it a sig, then you barely even deserve credit IMO, only for putting things in a certain place (albeit thoughtfully). Sorry Thru, but it just doesn't cut it for me. :(
  5. 'Smudge 1.0'. Thanks Jopie, I'll be workig on that.
  6. You're expecting the best graphics ever from a Java MMO?
  7. Behind her ear? And sorry, it's for personal purpose :(
  8. Harri has gone Gimp! Harri has gone gone Gimp! No. Harri is still PDNing and just using the new smudge plug-in. Constructive criticism will be very appreciated. I'm kind of getting a better idea of how to use gradient maps and color filters now, and smudging is relatively easy -- although I'm pretty sure I didn't get it perfect on the first time. If you have an suggestions on the smudging, remember that so far, we don't have anything like jitter and all those options on PS. The brush you use stay the same as your drag.
  9. What valid arguments? There's gotta be some flaw because it's happened before that free-to-play got bankspace.
  10. Same with an elemental helm and short curtains :| @ Previous poster: So many people are loading the game no wonder it lags. It's gonna be gone 3-7 days from now.
  11. I'm playing on medium detail until next week.
  12. Your char is bald if you take off your hat
  13. Fullscreen's laggy and I have 1 gig ram... Anyways, it looks flipping amazing.
  14. No no no it's not a matter of C4Ds... look at the different pics I uploaded, one of them has random dots of gray on it. That's called noise. Your background has a bit of noise on it. I'm not sure how you could fix that in PS, but we have a Remove Noise effect in PDN.
  15. Good read, but they've been planning this for at least a year. You can't say there haven't been any good gameplay updates in the last year... I mean look at summoning, it's great.
  16. Almost perfect, just a bit noisy.
  17. Up and down, up and down, up and down. Petting a snake.

Ehm, I think they were working on the graphics way before that. Although I'm not sure since when they were planning the crackdown.
  19. Ehm, I'd say if you want to blur it, duplicate the whole sig, blur it entirely, then... well that's how it works in PDN, make a radial transparency gradient on your focus. Is that relatively clear? You're supposed to end up with your focus sharp and the rest a bit blurry. [Edit] Oh, and thanks ^^
  20. I like it too! Can you give me a quick idea on what you used for it? (As in stocks, C4Ds...)
  21. i dont get it Think of it as... petting a... snake...
  22. Omar replied to yaff2's topic in Art and Media
Yeah, C4Ds are all 3D and AA'd, while sprites are pixels... I don't know, I wouldn't be able to mix both.
  23. Omar replied to yaff2's topic in Art and Media
    Alright, thanks :)

It looks pretty nice! Just out of noob-ness, I haven't really tried sprites- what's the difference between sprites and a normal render?
