I've never seen any 40 hits due to explosions at the GE, like what people use for dharoking. Look at the graph for brews. If brews are involved in the 'dupe', there's a lot of people doing it, or a very small amount of offer for brews. The PKing newspots surely didn't cause this, and I don't see why anyone would use Z. brews. My friend saw someone selling SGS 13m + junk. Maybe it was a typo.

You could argue that prayer, magic, and range are all buyable combat skills. Where prayer would be buying dragon bones, magic would be buying runes for bursting, and range would be buying chinchompas. Slayer points to slayer is not what charms are to summoning. Except that once you have charms, 99 summoning is a snap of fingers. Unlike range, magic or - I think - prayer.

It should be 6 mil ATM if it was just bunyip. Bunyip + money being spent on PK instead + panic + back to school quitting = Cadenza. I think it'll go lower than 4.5 mil. And I don't think it'll go back up, unless people think that the low price is worth investing on or that it's worth the money compared to what a bunyip costs (7-10 mil I believe?). I hope they do.
