Appeal. I'm very surprised I didn't come across one when I went reporting bots with a crew. I think it's pretty damn unfair that Jagex does that, since it's been certified by them, and both player mods I've been reporting with, that reporting macroers is risk-free. So appeal, and express your anger, because they have morally (MORALLY, not legally) no right to do that.

Well, it's started from the P2P side hating on the F2Ps (because the F2Ps can't go around member worlds and say 'haha j00 noobs'). That made the F2P react in a way that's been labelled "hypocritic" on the P2P side. Vicious cycle. All we can do is stop hating on each other and try to crack down on the ones who are feeding the hate monster. Well. It's pretty damn simple. The guy is helping someone breaking a rule. Say there's a country where you can grow marijuana for your own use, but not sell it. I wonder if there's a country like that. Anyways. If someone grows weed, gives it to someone and knows that they'll sell it, they're a partner in a crime and therefore, should be exposed in the street for people to throw cheesecake at. This, in response to me asking for help reporting them all. It's good to see that JaGex has great moderational assistance. No naming names, please. However, that mod doesn't have to do it. Maybe he's busy skilling? Maybe he has some resource to get by tomorrow if he wants a higher price for it? You never know. Bear in mind that these people are players, and that they want to play and have fun. From my experience, going around reporting bots isn't particularly fun unless you have a big groupe of people with you. ( :wink: )
