The special will drain it all, and D Scimmy wont affect 1 item prayer. Also, just incase, the 4 diff G Sword had diff Specs, but you probably already knew that. :P

Slayer, I find PC quite boring, doing the same game over and over again. Slayer is more fun and trains 2 skills at once.

Most low level players I talk to are quite kind and barely ever beg. Its mostly pures that are that are uptight and moody, no offence to anyone who has a pure, I'm just saying what I think, maybe your pure is different. :P

What level? What monsters? Level 3, Spiders (lvl 50) or Level 2, Flesh Crawlers (lvl 28).

If I were you I would choose Fishing, but thats just me. :P

I say just cut Willows till 80-90, then get P2P, cut Magic Logs, they're good cash.

I'm not sure, but I think you have to check on the workers everyday...
