I just got told by Mod Panda on the Golden Temple server, they're trying to work out what is fair for compensating people who were in the beta.

Oh well, it's fine while it lasts. and it means you can get better and better so you can "train" faster every reset.

They probably didn't bother giving people free credits because the servers will be reset again, meaning they would have to give them out again and again till all the resets are over and it wouldn't have any long-term influence on the game/ Nothing can have a long term influence on the game atm. Since it's always reseting.

They should give players who were in the beta jcreds after it's over imo

Considering all the different servers. Different versions of "The Golden Horde" will probably pop up everywhere. haha

It'll always be in some countries main playing time. I'm glad it's just maintenance, my heart skipped a beat when I got that 404 :!: Apparently there are two servers now, and the new players are put in the new one called RoyalGarden instead of RedDragon. I wonder if players who haven't logged in since the downtime will still be able to join the Horde, or have to get a new alliance on the other server. It's like a seperate "game" i guess.

They said they chose the best time to suit people. But they placed it RIGHT in the middle of prime Aussie playing time.

You want another Blog post? OH REALLY? Oh Fine. Well, what have I been doing, Not playing Runescape. That's for sure. :roll: (But don't tell anyone that). Well, I've been working on a animation, which I don't have screens for yet. But it's progressing nicely, Just doing the animating now, and then have to do the voice work (Fun stuff voice work </sarcasm>). A side project I've been working on is a Flash Game, you know, those annoying ones that are so much fun to play =P I can happily say I do have some screens for you that I can show you. Most Concept Art More Than Anything, but still. So the game. Well the concept is that all the color has been sucked from the world by a evil corporation. (Here you can see in the beginnings of this grayscale background, which shows what the overall feel of the game will be) The Protagonist is a experiment which was created by a good corporation who was experimenting on the color drain, and created him. (Here you can see Version 1 of the player running with a weapon) The Protagonist must run around and shoot all the evil people (Those details are still being worked out, But I have done the weapons, so I'm happy.) (Going Left-to-right: RayMG, RayKatana. Bottom: RayLay) Yeah, It's not that best, but it's still a work in progress. So here's a call, If anyone wants to work on the game with me, fill free to contact me. Atm, looking for someone who is good at Actionscript (2.0 or 3.0), and someone who can make music. Well. Here I am. At the New entrance into the Tip.it Blogosphere. No, Not Blogscape, but the new blogs that come with IPB, (Which mind you, has many nice features. But missing some other ones.) As I stand at the new entrance. I look through the windows and see all other types of people "blogging", I can see Runescape Bloggers... More Runescape Bloggers... MORE Runescape bloggers. And oh look, People blogging about normal stuff as well. I think to myself "Hmm, Diverse bunch." I enter the Blogosphere warehouse and sit down at a computer, to start writing my first blog. It begins like this "Dear Tip.it Members... I am Writing to you today..." I wrote some big dodgy thing, then, obviously, scratched it for this, more preferable style of Blog. (Not really, but saying I wrote something before hand sounds like a cooking show where they say. "And here's one I prepared earlier!) Anyway, onto the purpose of this blog. I will get around to telling you about myself at a later time, but right now I just wanna say. My day today involved a Ball, A Hall and No Call (I needed something that rhymed with "Ball" and "Hall" ok!) So the Ball. Well For my Year 11 VET Multimedia course (That's like a out of school course done in school.) I have to make a animation to show in the School Art Exhibition, YAY! Anyway, I'm making an animation where the main characters are balls. It's pretty funny, the Storyboarding's just been finished, and just started on the actual animation. (If your lucky and like my blog, I may add some screenshots for you guys <3). So That's the Balls, what about the halls? Well, At our school, they recently built a new school hall, which has a little kinda balcony out the front, pretty cool stuff, I know. Not really! The cool thing about this balcony, is the square shaped arena the corner of the balcony makes. With Seats (steps) and everything. We saw this, and decided to have our own fight arena. Lots of fun throwing each other to the ground. (I even got beaten by a disabled person, I know, It was pretty funny.) If you had a log in thing for the entire site, enable it so that you can log in, and then when you go to calcs and stuff, it will already have your User/Xp there. And when you go to a quest list, it will have any quests you previously ticked. That would be epic.
