Recently we've all known that the new skills are fun and that some people criticize RS for not having "cash" skills. I'm not sure if this is a good debate but it is something interesting that people act like they forgot the word "fun" in RS. Wookiee ideas: Now, what I think about this is that some people like fun skills and some want money-making skills. In my case I like fun skills and occasionally I use the money-making skills for cash like all of you do. Many people do the "get rich now" idea at times and you could fail and then blame Jagex depending on who you are. I could be wrong but I think that so many people think that skill = bad unless it's money making. Construction is a good example because although it is very expensive, the point of it is to make things "fun" for your house. Without construction there would be no tablets, without construction there would be no FREE khrayll portal for barrowing, and without construction there would be no place to save up bank space. Although hunter sounds kinda pointless, it's a fun skill. Anyway, your views on the "skills suck unless they give cash" issue?

now, I agree with those ideas 'bout how RS is educational. You need to work for stuff in RS like the real world. But many people don't get it :/ try begging in New York City and then you'll get my point.

well, I'm not into the kiddie cartoons but there are a few I enjoy in my spare time: The Simpsons (best show ever :D) Rugrats (Gotta love the old ones anyway) Jimmy Neutron (It was witty anyway and rather funny for a kid show) King of the Hill (gotta love the guy you can't understand) I'm also awaiting Mel Brook's "Spaceballs: The Animated Series" And, occasionally I like watching the works of Hayao Miazaki, very strange animes but still fun to watch

I am in the middle of this. Frankly it is both the lurers, players, and Jagex's fault in many ways: 1. The lurer is being dishonest and lying for personal gain. 2. The player enters wildy and thinks "this guy is good" 3. Jagex doing nothing at all except hiding behind a desk. If I do any trading near Edgy it would be in the bank and nowhere else. Even if it took ages to buy/sell something, I will never trade near wildy because that'd be lure fodder. But, people have been stupid lately and so it would help to ban luring as item scamming. After all, it falls in all categories of what a scam is.

it's hilarious but use logic when you get the "my main is---" junk: 1. Ask him to have his "main" PM him. If he refuses then you'll know for sure. 2. Ask him "why are you using that account then?" He'll more likely say something stupid.

I agree with you 100%. Have you been looking at the "best clues" pictures? A lot of them are attention grabbers with the 3rd age wins. I noticed that some people feel left out and so they'll do anything to get attention, whether positive or negative. A lot of celebrities are going through this phase and also the kids use these celebrities as role-models. You haven't mentioned this but some kids will say that stuff because they get angry for not having their way or something else that's making them mad. I used to feel like that when I was a lot younger that I should kill my self because this isn't going right or my parents hate me. But, that's bull and I don't take that anymore. Also, because parts of the internet have great people, people think it's ok to post how they really feel. If anybody goes through this phase of wanting to kill themselves/attention should talk to friends, family, and most of all God (Yes, I'm a Christian but I will say that anyway).

note: small picture for those who have slow internet services. This is my dog Loa. Evidently we are guessing she's around 7-years old (looks young, lol). She's a mix between a chiwawa (can't spell it) and a pit-bull. When we found her she was living in the streets but she doesn't look like it. This is Arwen. I'm guessing she's around 2-years old and when she was younger before we moved she was so wild. Although she has calmed down lately. She's a pit-bull and although she's partially wild, still nice looking though :)

that's weird, but is it possible? Anyway, now just because I am a mod doesn't mean I hunt autoers, except at Green drags where you can actually kill them. I did manage to kill one autoer that had a strange clicking pattern (yes, I followed him begging him and then trading him, he didn't anything.) It was also weird how he never teled at all.

the associative pastor of my local church has a weird sense of humor as my family does. Anyway, I think it depends on the church if they wanna show Life of Brian. I'd have a problem if it was Meaning of Life as that movie wasn't as great as I thought it would be.

I believe it depends on the kid. Now, I rarely got spanked but to get a kid's attention you need to do something, sometimes spanking is the answer. But, when you start hitting him (as in beatings) it is child abuse no doubt.

like he said, there will be fundamentalists on both sides, it's just rare on the Christian side and more on the Muslim side. Anyway, I read a bit of the Koran a long time ago and it did say to "kill anybody who is not a Muslim." The extremists are not "mis-reading" the Koran. If you don't believe me read it yourself.

You are just a worthless subject of media representation. Islamic people don't blow people up, tiny fractions do. Which is exactly the same for christianity where tiny fractions kill people in the name of their religion. Perhaps they don't crash planes into buildings but throughout history christians have murdered thousands upon thousands of people. Get your facts straight before attempting to sweepingly insult a religion when your religions guilty of the same atrocites. True, I agree that Christians killed thousands upon religion but that was hundreds of years ago. Lots of Christians believed that back then, anybody who rejects their religion or will not become a Christian would be killed or imprisoned. Look at what the Spanish did to Montezuma when he thought his Aztec gods was like God. Now let's look around the 20th century: The missionaries that were killed in Ecuador did not attack the tribe that killed them. When the family of those missionaries arrived to Ecuador, the Waodani (who killed the missionaries) became Christians because of the shock of how the "wood bee" family did not act aggressive toward them. The Wood Bee family used to have an airplane that was yellow and Nate (one of the missionaries) searched for them in the skies. Now, if you research the Middle ages into today, you can easily tell that a lot of us don't kill because of religion and anybody who claims they are Christians and kills people due to religion have problems.

Personally if I just "Believed because the bible said so" I wouldn't have had this explanation. Now, my question is what happened to the dinosaurs? My guess is that the lot of them were destroyed by the flood and were preserved like as if water covered them. Other question, how come all kinds of myth talk about a "world-wide flood?" Look at the Greeks, they had Pandora's Box and Zeus had to create a world-wide flood due to the evils that Pandora released. Anyway, there are a ton of myth about a world-wide flood. You should wonder about that before saying something negative about the world-wide flood.
