Would you rather they be taught that what you would consider to be "toxic masculinity" is acceptable and expected? The flaw of course being that you have to have a definition for "toxic masculinity" I'd say it lies somewhere between "boys don't cry" and "let's join a frat to bang sorority girls"

What happened to these forums?
I'm enjoying OsRS mobile, but the worlds all feel empty to me, even in the cow fields. Maybe nostalgia has rose tinted glasses but I remember struggling to chat with people because there was so much text noise in some areas. That is just not the case on mobile. Also the chat interface is difficult to use on mobile, so there's that

SwiftKit iOS has gone critically obsolete
The Observer frequents OffTopic on TIF and has a swiftkit staff tag. Maybe he'd be of some assistance?

We have so much discussion today we could have started a whole new thread but if like to toss some words in the ring: @obfuscator Rape culture is considerably more complex than I think you're giving credit too. No campaigning against rape won't stop the rapists of today, but changing the way people perceive situations can help prevent the creation of future rapists (ideally) @major I grew up in statistically the best educated area of my state. (South Jersey so, the stats dont include the north most counties) and drunk driving wasn't just normal it was practically expected. Perhaps we border some "deep woods" types, and I've seen my share of confederate flags but you can not claim that education has anything to do with the correlation of drunk driving. Also worth mentioning that DUIs/DWIs are common in my area, but not as common as you'd expect

No. Waiting until all parties involved are comfortable and prepared for sex is called consent. Pressuring and manipulating people into having sex before they are ready is called rape culture.Interesting that you said the same thing but came up with both "no" and "yes" to the same question. No one here is promoting rape culture, just making observations about reciprocated behavior. Muggiw and I agree that if someone is not willing to reciprocate certain advances and they make it known to leave them alone and move on. Does she say something like "I want to wait"? That translates to a "no thanks" and we move on. People who are interested in you can show consent in more than just words, but they absolutely cam revoke consent at any point. If someone started reacting negatively to advances or stated that they are not interested of course you stop and move on. I feel like you were really quick to toss this mindset into a rape culture promotion, when it's very much the opposite
