Weightlifting for results is a full time commitment. I've seen what "counting macros" in your diet can do on top of constant routine and it's pretty significant. @Arceus I deal with bank regulations fairly regularly and most of their laws are absolutely stupid. I think it was Citizens United that [bleep]ed everything up?
