I don't even have my BA yet. I think you may have misinterpreted an objective statement with a snide remark. It's pretty factual that there's very few jobs in the field of psychology, as it's such a specialist one that may be currently saturated. At this point, I just want to go back to my job and make some money again. I miss going out to eat and smoking

perhaps i was angry that he called my major a waste of time on the phone...of course, he said it more politely than that, but its frustrating when all of my professors tell me to quit working to focus on my studies [to get a degree I personally see as meaningless, as even people with high education have a tough time getting "real" jobs] and then the government practically told me to stop going to school so I would be more available to work. No wonder our country is in the shitter

What's that? Unemployment isn't just free money and you actually have to deserve it? Poor you. perhaps i deserve the condescension, but that doesn't make the system less stupid for those who really do depend on it. I just needed it for gas/food/insurance. i can get by on my savings, I'm just not thrilled about it

You told her you loved her? #-o and then you didn't just drop it? #-o In some situations, that would be fine to do, but think about it. Love is something couples share after being together for a large amount of time and have grown extremely mutually fond of each other. You liked a girl for a year, got with her, and see her every so often. Maybe you feel it, but it's not really something you can just say and expect something magical to happen. And this goes to everyone out there reading this. Don't say "I love you" because you mean it - say it because it should already be implied...it's just nice to vocalize. so yeah, I say drop the subject, pretend it never happened, and continue your life in the same manner you did prior to telling her. Including talking to her, and hooking up with her. If it's still going good [or even better, if things are going better] then you can ask for a relationship. THEN you can tell her how you feel after a certain period of time when it feels right, not the moment it jumps in your head. That might not make sense, but you have to remember you have to translate your logic into girl logic when dealing with females and their emotions.

Just finished the most brutal phone call ever with unemployment. Apparently they give students the most shit because they don't ever want to see their free money converted into school funding. And to think...had I just told him I was unable to work due to my course schedule, I'd get my check and be on my merry way, but my stupid ass told him I used to work 35/week during the school year so now I have to try to apply to 3 career jobs every week, log it, and report it to him. Barely even seems worth it at this point. Sheesh.

@maleficus Yeah man, I work around about 16 weddings every weekend. Stuff ain't cheap. Open bar itself is usually 3-5 thousand off the bat. I've seen a lot of people rent school buses instead of limos though. Way cheaper. @Furah Cop was an ass hat. It sucks to have to rely on others so much, but you should be thankful they're there at all. Some people aren't as lucky. ... Today was my first day ofthe spring semester. Turns out my "women of the bible" class I got shoved into is pretty awesome. I sit next to his insanely hot blonde Italian/swedish hybrid that was raised conservative Jewish. Tried talking to her a little, we agreed on a lot of religious stuff, but then this Ashkenazic guy in the back over heard us and completely out showed me in pretty much every way. Ah well. Still a fun class

I hate when "beta" is used as a derogatory word for weak, or second rate. I mean it is...but so far no one on this past page that has deemed themselves 'beta' has acted even remotely beta. Those are probably scam emails, they aren't actually from jagex. Just to serve as an FYI; tip.it's emails served as a directory for mailing lists when it was compromised. Did you read what was said in the offenses, Army? Not really just kind of opened them, read something about my account being compromised, and deleted them. I get an email every once in a while from Jagex saying my account was reported for "___ abuse" and that if I wanted to retain a clean record I could appeal it. I never paid much attention. I'm gonna go see if i can still log in, lol. EDIT: Everything seems to work fine, but my oh my has the homepage changed. And what's with this facebook log in option? rofl

this. I feel like facebook is the reason why most adolescent relationships just don't work out. too many people in everyone else's business. it's why I don't let people tag me in posts. today I feel less sick, so I'll be playing a lot of video games all day before my break comes to a screeching halt with a 12 hour day in school on Tuesday

Good luck. Contrary to popular thought, doing nothing tires your body rather quickly. If you want to stay up late, drink regularly, eat a lot [but not all at once, or things super high in sugar] and keep in motion, standing as much as possible, and most importantly, trick your body out of thinking it's night time...so don't keep track of time. I've worked near 20 hours consecutive with only an hour break once. I didn't even notice it was that long until I looked at a clock and suddenly I felt REALLY tired.

I knew you'd be back :^_^: I started playing Fallout New Vegas today. Mad fun, though in 7 hours I must have died like 10 times. Townsfolk don't know how to let go of their grudges... Y'know, you fire one stray bullet and they ALL want your head on a stick.

I question why you'd want to start something if you know you'll be a part for a whole year [moreover, a year apart in University]. If you honestly 100% truely think you can deal with the distance...then I'd make the move as soon as possible to make it official, and enjoy her presence as long as you physically can before you leave. In person would be 100x better than on the phone.

Nah it's Muh-Leh-Fih-Kuss. It was one of the nicknames you could get in Fable. Also, I just switched back to that name. #-o I was right the first time then. I always thought it was Muh-leh-fih-kuss, but then someone pointed out it was spelled Male-Ficus and that was what surprised me. And now you go by Boros, which I've always pronounced in my head as "Burr-Ohs"
