  1. made this first part for a collaboration with Thruitall, and im going to give it away. first person to reply with a good reason why they should get it, gets it. PIC gone
  2. yes, but it will become more of ripping then creating your own would it not? because you have to use image after image, etc etc, and non of them are yours.. i dont know nothing about pdn. so ima stop there. but, try gimp again Guthix. it makes wonders. and its free -.- There is not much ripping involved with PDN. I mean, I can't say that my sig is terrible, but the entire background was made from complete scratch. Other than the render, it was my work completely. Especially with PDN 3. If you take a few colors and stick them on a canvas, then add on certain filters and settings, you can get some really nice stuff. That's how I made my background. ohh, okay, yeah, i dont know much about pdn so i was just kind of guessing, my bad :P
  3. i was thinkin ninja, but then thought, ninjas are way more stealthy. so, must be airsoft.
  4. Navy! havnt seen you in for ever! Thanks
  5. what program you use/got? ill show you what the brushes are. Heres what i use, the one selected in red, is the one i usually use, although, use round ones too then what i do, is go to the brush options, and put "scatter" on. and play with some settings.
  6. there is no downloaded brushes in this sig. i dont use brushes no more, accept when im smudging, and i use the stock brushes (the ones that come with PS) Thanks, alot :)

  8. the stock brush set. I use Scatter Smudging.
  9. no brushes:P only the stocks, when i smudge
  10. haha, lol, thats kinda funny, sorry, here, ima help you with gimp, so you can work wonders http://www.gimp.org/tutorials/ http://docs.gimp.org/en/ http://gug.sunsite.dk/?page=tutorials
  11. i thought your using GIMP now? oh, haha. blending with PDN. Hmm, dunno, lol
  12. Blenndddddd XD one of your better oens Guthix
  13. what did you do for the background though? how did you make it?
  14. Pretty good, especially for a first, but may i ask what you did? it looks like you took a stock, and added a few brushes over it, and added a lenses flair... with a bevel border
  15. looks like its ripping a hole in the ozone layer!!!! noice and text might work on the bottom RIGHT corner, with a small, readable font
  16. well, do as Thru said, and change the blending options. as for font, use something from the BG or the render, a yellow/ or gold though.
  17. rofl, i thought you might, i got a little carried away as i went along, because it was coming out really nice. nice workin with you too Thu uses THE GIMP and i use Photoshop CS2 EDIT: BTW thru, do you mind if i give the orginal away, i think it turned out great, and would like for someone to have it, if you dont, you can have first grabs if you want.
  18. looks way to busy IMO Need to be blended. Font doesnt fit, at all i cant tell nething about the BG
  19. Thru PMED me asking is i wanted to make a collaboration. i at first, didnt know what that was hah, but he explained it to me, and so, i made a sig, and the sent him the PSD and he put his own touch to it.. here it is Original (i made) Final(thru's touches!) Wadda think, i like the final version alot more, but then, i also like Thru's work alot.
  20. ive heard a couple of their songs, and, i cant say im a fan, but i cant say they are bad. Yep, you are, i got banned for doign that.
  21. eh, not really, besides, GIF keeps the colors better. and JPEG might only work if you know what your doing, and you do it properly. if you just save as jpeg, your going to lose ALOT of quality ive NEVER had problem with GIF losing quality. never. and it keeps the colors alot better.
  22. What file type should I save it as to make it better quality? When saving you should save as .jpg, I'm not sure how gimp works but there should be a saved optimized as/save for web which will help with the quality/filesize. Anyways, its pretty good for a first, the pixel stretch worked quite nicely, and the render is blended good. The only problem is the text. I can't give much advice as I suck at text too but the 'Steve-O' text should be a touch higher, the Don't try this at home is fine where it is. I don't really like the Steve-O font but the Don't try this at home font works pretty good. Nice sig for a first keep it up read up on some tutorials ect. (For tutorials I suggest browsing through http://www.deviantart.com) Wrong, when saving, for showing, save as PNG format. but when saving to put into a sig, a GIF format. i dont know how it works with GIMP either but, thats what you should do.
  23. looks good, accept 2 things. The sprite IMO should be blended different. and the Flame, or what ever it is, should be more red, rather than yellow. good job
