It's just gradient tool > smudge > I warp > clipper mask, for the sun like thing. Then just add some clouds on lighten only. then just sharpen and blur it.

Mine always just crashes on me, I just press Ctrl s after everything I do.

Another Shuya tut ya? Looks ok. Low qual picture though. I think you should erase the cross hatch right in the center, but keeps ones at either side of the person.

I dont like how it's right in the middle, and i don't like the colours, the yellow is a bit pukey. Other than that, its ok.

See what you mean. :P I actually based the 2 parts off this though, Got through the first two bits of the tutorial, and was gonna add sprites, but thought it looked alright. Thats a nice tag too.
