Colors are bad, Its blurry Composition is bland its plain bad border bad text placement of stocks is bland, Change the color - make it monotone towards a certain color, but that doesn't mean you can't have a mix of colours, but yours arent even used well. Sharpen it :P Composition, instead of just the record being in the sig, use that stock and put a motion blur to give it a sense of depth and movement in the sig. Needs more effects. Take of the border, take off the text.
