I know where your coming from with this, and I was thinking about that too. Abberrant spectors have like 105 hp, which is 5x what chaos druids have, which means that chaos are better in some areas, but you do get combat xp from them, minimal I have to say, but xp all the same. Another point: Between men and chaos druids, most people can 1-hit men, and some can 1-hit chaos druids, so its the same. Basically I am looking at the heb drops, if you prefer weaker monsters with slower drops, fine by me, but my whole point is that I am only saying if there were like 10 monsters, all killed in one hit, which would give you the most herbs in the least amount of time. good idea, but you will not make as much money, and you may not even break even, I am just offering over all best way.

^^^ I forgot to add more spots to chaos druids, but with the revamp I will add some. This spot you are talking about is good, but only if your the only one there, with other people its very crowded and impossible to get a steady strem of chaos druids

I think you just are not one of the few who have an organized bank, or you have not checked out the rune tips suggestion forum and read thagern's post on a better bank here

Yes, im back from killing greens, and when I posted, the other people posted a few seconds before, so I did not read. But I herd it was 50, it would make since, 50 charges, max hit of 50 I wonder if it has high-low accuracy or anything

no, not 50 drags, but you would need to get hit by dragonfire 50 times if I understand it I wouldn't doubt it, they did make them a hell of a lot stronger

i'm more wondering if anyone has the sheild yet I just say somone buying it on the forums, somone sold for 3m. Wether I believe he actually sold/had or not i cannot say, but it seems to be tradeable, and he seems to be the only one with it

I h8 rc, but its meh cash, but slayer is my second fav skill they both give you the same ex per hour, but rc is only used with mage, where with slayer you get all sorts of drops INCLUDING runes like bloods that are not craftible. Slayer trains slayer, attack/str/def and hp all at once so its a multi skill overall even if the money is not great, slayer is better

I think it would be by some manner of complete luck that someone got that on their 1st kill/was able to buy from somone who got it on their first kill and then got hit 50 times by dragon fire Then used it in area, unlikly but 50 sounds "Good" since it has 50 charges, dont know if i would prefer one 50 over the amazing stats

Wow this is nice, lots of people talking about dragon sheild when you could talk about: CROSSBOWS!!! I herd they are as fast as the msb now, and rune gives +90 range (karils gives +85 I think) they can also hit a lot harder now, maybe low 30s? And I wonder if they changed the likly hood of their specil?

ehh good guide for newcomers, but I guess that is how many guides are. Ment to give people info on things they dont know, but for vetrens (Im not one) who know EVERYTHING, I guess you can never please them :wink:

I like the guide, but you should put how much xp each rune gives, and how much xp per hour they give

it would be a good idea to mention the amount of xp per hour atleast, as well as drops they give. ok for your first guide, crop the pics tho

forgot to quote, but its the first post on this page, Pet care could easily be a skill, it would be similar to farming, how you raise your pets (like plants in farming) feed it, take care of it (vet maybe?) and when its grown all the way you get xp. You could aslo compet in pvp where its your pets in minigames. There could be tons of different animals My idea: I had this for a while, a job skill where you work for compineies and do senerios like working for a resturanty making and delverying food (ie gnome delivery minigame) and you would get xp based on how well you do. Then at certin levels, you can start your own business where npcs come, and also a shop for other players to buy and sell things.

Just wanted to continue the quote :P but anyway, I think they only wouldn't add a special if there was going to be somthing stronger that contiues the chain i.e. no speical on rune b ax (i know its fp) because there is a dragon one. Special on rune claws because there wont be a dragon one. So I think there will be somthing like "Abyssal Darts" or more likly Crystal darts with the next elf quest.

You can hit, but that does not mean you always hit high enough for a KO. Lets say your max is 40. (making the max special 40,40 =80hp) (I have seen higher hits with the dark bow, so 40 is a quite realistic max hit, remember that we are using dragon arrows in my example, not bronze arrows) Then your average hit with the special will be 20, 20.Giving 40 damage on average. Five friends times average of 40 damage is 200 damage. That means if you have four friends, (5 total including yourself) you will on AVERAGE hit 200 damage in 0 - 1 second. Making your target unable to eat, pot or pray. Now lets say this guy was already range praying. You will still do an AVERAGE of 100 damage. Now lets say that you are 10 friends. Even if everyone totally blow their special with minimal hits, like 5,5. Your opponent is still dead even if he have 99hp. The whole concept of NEVER mis, and ALWAYS hit. Just seems very unbalanced for me. The Fact that not even the best armor in the game can give you a slight chance of defending agents the attack seems a little bit... hopeless. mostly quoting last part I am actually in game now, and ranging blk dragons with msb (79 range) and I know that they have high def and all, but only 1 of my probably 10 msb specials hit at all the one that did hit was a 3-1 special. Yes Black drags have high def, but I like the never miss idea for the speical, its just the max hit increse that gets me. another q: Anyone know the max with dragon arrows w/o special? I herd it was like 28

I herd somone on forums say its a 1 in 50-100 drop, but thinking about how long it takes to kill 1 (i never did, i have read other people who have) that could take an hour +, but my guess is he was off

I like it, but im scared for mages, i mean they can hit 30 x9 but if there one on one it is noit great. I am not saying that rangers shouldn't own mages they should and I am happy that they can now, but I think many rants will go on saying how mage is underpowerd. 10 years later after every single person on rs rants about other combat triangle updates: Edit: quote didnt work

I dont think you metioned slave robes (turist trap quest i think) Other than that, amazing guide Edit: I figured out how wear slave robes, go to the desert camp (you need the key, metioned in your guide). Go to the east, there is a m,ale slve in shakles, wear desert robes, ask him to trade for his slave robes, you can do this with slave robes in your invintory
