What you do is... Go w66. Bring 27 UN-NOTED pure ess to the law altar. Some high level (most of the time) wil say "(Their name) open!". YOu just trade that particulair person, offer all the ess, and he will give you 27 laws and 27 noted pure ess. So you aren't loosing anything.
