You are going to need the help of a phoenix gang member (a normal player who joined the phoenix gang instead of the black arm gang) and get him to get the key to the store room. Enter the store room (which is upperfloor, entrance next to the alter) and kill the guard and grap two bows. No go back to to black arm gang hide out to help you find a gang member there is a special sticky hope this helps

you're correct about the gloves and for medium task you get a xp lamp that gives 5k xp and for the hard ones one that gives 10k xp
