^Yep. The topic is not about you getting your legs broken, it's about people whose lives are ruined because they no longer have real PKing. And yes, I do laugh at that. I laughed when I heard the rumor about someone suiciding over it, and I laugh each time someone suicides over a game. And don't tell me that I wouldn't laugh if they were my friends because my friends don't suicide over a game.

So true... In my opinion, it really depends on the player whether he should quit or not. It doesn't take a mastermind to show that skillers will not care as much as PKers. It didn't improve the community though - at least not that much. It eliminated the bots and RWTers but the immature kids often come back. They are all talk, after all.

Sometime safe spots + the spawning area just don't allow LoS for safe maging/ranging. If said person is already fighting the same steel dragon that NoMoreDead was fighting chances are he is just going to go after the next dragon Dead chooses to fight. 1. Your "PKer" who cries over the update and has nothing to do besides playing RuneScape is not valid here since he obviously is no use to humanity and his IQ can't be over 30. 2. Recently RS was a botfest and I still had fun. What? So RS was fun before? Mining is not autoed, WC bots are okay, etc... And I couldn't give a flying rat's [wagon] if I bought autoed goods.

Did anyone complain that they can't cheat any more in RuneScape? As far as I see, no. And it's not because they can still cheat in RuneScape, there's another reason.

I read the first few posts and would like to make myself clear. I don't care if that 11 year old there is a genius, and has invented a new medicine that will cure AIDS, he's freaking 11 and he shouldn't play RuneScape. And those who are so intelligent would usually know that and therefore the 13- population can have some nice big stereotyping.

True fact: almost 30k people have quit recently. Well, the effects might be a bit overdramatized but that is a blow.

Well, it would manipulate the economy. But really, the fixed prices of the GE, trying to stop price manipulation was a failure already, just look at some historical events. And now, this. I hope the Jagex Monkeys did at least know that something like this would happen.
