yeah, i can see that being a real problem when i try to have my 1k total drop party. however, my point still remains that most of ftp are not like those people, because if they were, there would be 1000 people on every ftp server in the party room chanting "free rune pl0x". in a way, this is good, because now most of the beggars should stop begging random people and just go to the party room. :pray:

well...all you can really do is report them to jagex. i think its against the rules to have a relationship in rs, although you cant really prove it unless you have a screenie or something with proof.

thats because almost everyone there are the former beggars, who now think "hey, instead of asking people for money, now theyll just give it to me.", and who for some reason dont realize that people arent going to just give away full rune now because its a "party room". i think most of ftp isnt ungrateful, but its not like it changes anything, except its a better place to hold a party. so while im glad ftp got an update, i really wouldnt care if we hadnt, which is what i think the majority of ftpers think.

nick, thats kind of an odd way to put it, but finally someone thinks the same as me. i think the majority of people on ftp that ive met are newbs, but not stupid, or idiotic, or whiny, or scammers, or anything like that. alot of the members look down on them because theyre low level and dont have alot of money or good items, and dont know alot about the game. but just because of that, doesnt mean theyre noobs. while there are alot of noobs, if yould look around in ftp for a while, yould find quite a few nice, mature, ordinary people, and alot of nice(although a bit annoying sometimes) newbs.

well i dont know about people asking for updates ingame, as im almost never in the cities, but i think that most of that would be noobs, and there are alot more people in ftp than just those people. however, i dont agree with you saying ftp has almost no features or gameplay, i think for a demo, it is very indepth. but im not really sure what your point was there, except that ftp isnt gaurentted(cant spell) updates, but i agree with you there. btw, while he didnt actually come out and say that p2p are better, he says "we have f2p'ers begging, screaming, begging, chanting, begging, whining and begging for an update" and like i said, i know think most ftpers dont do that, and then he says "So Jagex gives RuneScape a win-win situation, f2p'ers can quit whining and go pee their pants at the sight of an update which may make them rich (relatively..)". how is that not saying ftpers are immature little kids, which would make the p2pers the older, more mature people. so im going to bed now, ill argue with you more tomrrow. byez byez. :) (and i still wub you all)

i dont see why people keep saying all ftpers keep whining for new updates. ive never asked for one, and i dont know anyone who has. that sticky about ftp updates is mainly about more bank space, which i think we should get, but again, if we dont, ok, idc. you are exactly the kind of member i dislike the most. you think just because you are a member you're so much better then ftp, and that all ftp are noobs that just whine for more updates. personally, i think its nice we got an update, but its not one that i really care about or would have wanted, and the only people there are the people that are checking it out(like me), and newbs who want some easy money(i.e, the beggars). i seriously doubt ANY ftpers think they should have the same things as members. yes, some of them say "zomg, we make money though ads, we should have dragon!!!", or something like that, but most people dont, and alomst all the people who are for ftp updates just want little things, such as more bank space, wildy capes, or 99 skill capes, all of which are not very unreasonable.

well maybe those werent the best examples, but my point is, if you just go to lumby, and base what you think all ftp players are like, thats not a very fair observation. and i must admit, there are noobs almost everywhere in ftp, but there are also many mature people. i can understand, however, how, if you rarely go to ftp, you could think there are almost all noobs/newbs, but there are many mature people in ftp, theyre just alot harder to find. try places that require higher lvls to get into/use(i.e, mining guild, greaters in wildy). those are the only ones i can think of, but the mining guild, ive noticed, is almost all noob free. so, in conclusion, there are mature people, you just have to look harder.

wow, this has gone really offtopic. so back ontopic, the reason why theres nothing good in the chest is because i dont know about you, but the only reason i would have a drop party is for my friends or for a celebration, and i seriously doubt that there were people putting d legs and abby whips, ect in there in p2p. by the way, the reason you get spammed so much in lumby is because there are only newbs there, seeing as theres nothing worthwhile to do there. all the mature, higher lvl ftps are skilling or training or pking, so if you want to find some good ftp look on the forums or go to the lessers or yews or lumby mine. there will probably be some newbs there, and some noobs, but thats because there are many more newb/noobish people in ftp, simply becuase theres so many more people there.

well, tell us what armor, weapons, and food you use, and what room you attack in. and anything else you think might be important.

just happened when i was checking out the new party place(well new for ftp anyway) :lol: he asked me how many other accounts i had(other two are fatdog_17, melee pure, and Robot Cobra, range pure)

. and rugby, just cause its awesome, and almost noone in the us plays it.

yeah, probaly becuase there used to be so many bots, almost no real players chopped them.(i used to cut yews, and it took me an hour to get a load of them.) now that many of the bots are gone, most of the players have already found other ways to make money(in my case, mining)

but they dont tell you the price of rune ess...but once youve bought it, then yeah, thats the easiest thing to do.

OT: futurama, i just listened to your music and loved it. i think you have a nice future in the music industry. ontopic, however, i agree with goddess, your parents probly gave the money to the son they felt needed it more, and may or may not know you feel upset about that. you might want to broach the subject with them, saying something like- " you know, dont you think you should divide up this stuff equally between us?" or something along those lines.

congrats. your making me miss my current love intrest, who i also met through the internet. we met very randomly on aim(i had a thingy that showed who looked at your profile, and she looked at it apperently, so i messaged her...) anyways, it turned out we went to the same high school, and weve gone on a couple dates, met her in march/april, but shes currently in california for 3 weeks. :( .

i think rune ess is more 35-40 now, and airs give 5.5xp each, so idk what minds give.

you could probly do the skills, playing 5-7 hrs a day, in a couple days, week max. idk about the quests, but i would say you could do all of that, if you prepared for the quests well, you should be able to do everything in 2 weeks easy. (wc take 1 day, fishing 1 or 2, fletching 1 or 2)

yeah air alter is definitly closer, and the xp per rune isnt enough to make a real differance, and air runes are pretty much the only elemental rune you can sell for a good price. and in lumby swamp, draynor bank is actually closer, or in the minining guild i think there are some.

yeah, just get full of any metal armor, a earth staff, and a buncha waters and bodies and cast curse on the zammy mage in varrock castle.
