Torva would only be used for Graardor and even there it's not much better than bandos. Virtus for glacors? Again, not that necessary. Pernix is very good for for armadyl gwd/Nex, hence why it's the most expensive set.

why don't you use max cape instead of alerter? I'd think the defense+prayer of max cape would outbeat losing some ammo.

I have a 60 atk 45 def turm zerk, pretty fun, but haven't pked on it much lol. Veng/bgloves/rune is worth getting imo. I'd stay at 40 defence, unless you want to get a shadowsilk hood for dungeoneering.

Why would I need overloads? Plans: 110 combat for access to Dominion tower. 99 hp, 95 strength, 96 summoning. Should I camp waterfiends (since I already am 99 mage)? I'm not sure how effective it would be with 60 attack.
