  1. And we can't say the vocals are bad ^.^
  2. A song isn't all about the vocals.
  3. Oh yeah, that's amazing! Have you ever listened to the live version Mark Knopfler and Eric Clapton play it together? Mr Putter: The overall song is amazing
  4. You have no document with your picture, birthday, father/mother name and your name and signature in UK other than your passport? If so of course you must have those cards!
  5. Never travel abroad legally again :D Runesmithie: Get it?
  6. Brazil is gonna win :D Our coach won the '94 USA World Cup already, then it would be his second victory. Of course the sport's name is football, calling it soccer is plain stupid, after all, it's the sport played with your feet (not like american football, that doesn't deserve to be called football :P).
  7. Pink Floyd - Time No explanaton :P Pink Floyd - Shine on you crazy diamond This one is problably because you have to listen to 10 minutes of solos to get to Waters singing. The guitar starting solos of some Led Zeppeling songs (Black Dog, Good Times Bad Times, Heartbraker, Houses of the Holy...) are as well amazing. Rolling Stones' Brown Sugar has great instrumentals too. And of course I gotta agree with Alex on Deep Purple's Lazy, that song should last 2 hours :) Interesting thread Nadril.
  8. That sounded kinda deprecatory, as if you said "It's one of the top 50 rock bands from Guatemala" Heh, I shall get introduced to Pearl Jam's songs soon, right Mr. Kodo?

Peoples minds are influenced by their beliefs, fears and by all those things we are all told one day. Hell is one of these things. When people are in a dangerous/scary place, they'll be affraid (I suppose a deep cave is a scary place), they tend to remember all those things they are affraid of, and begin to panic because they listen to sounds of hell  If hell exists (wich I find really unlikely), the devil, an efficient manager, wouldn't let it's sounds get to the material world :P
  10. True, even though I like them a lot, there aren't many (or any) other bands with songs like Pink Floyd's. What could we call them? Some sort of progressive rock?
  11. That's scary! It's not just the cameras, there are people behind them  Back on topic: I don't think people should spend 350 pounds [conspiracy]to have their lives more controlled by the government[/conspiracy]. If the cards were free I think it would be OK, but who would spend that much money on a card that gets no advantages for yourself?
  12. Daan, we can't bump old threads up , and I rather have an active Pink Floyd topic than a dead one :? I have Echoes, Dark side of the Moon and Division Bell Back on topic, I love Pink Floyd :D Songs I love by them: Time, Speak to Me/Breathe, Pigs, Wish you Were Here, Another Brick in the Wall (part 2), Money, Shine on You Crazy Diamond (1-7), Arnold Layne, Confortably Numb, Brain Damage, Eclipse and High Hopes. You gotta love their amp distortions and the hair Gilmour no longer has()

  22. Rofl, that's a really good one  I think a pineapple would hurt so much...awwwwwww...
