I've been wondering lately, and reading some articles about Dual Core processors (Athlon64 X2 family), if they are, at the current moment, really better than an Intel Pentium 4 HT for home users. Both teorically work as "2 processors", but Athlon runs 2 tasks at once 1 line of code in each task, while Pentium runs 2 threads at once, 2 code lines in the same task. Of course that, as new software is developed, the dual core ability will be considered, and it will end by being necessary to run the newest software. But, right now, dual core processors can even mess up the code lines of oldest applications. So, what you think? Is it better to pay more for a dual core processor that will only be fully useful, for a home user, in some years, or should we save up and buy a hyper threading one? Also, how long should it take till dual core gets mainstream software-wise?

Well, let me explain myself better: Before I quit playing, some months ago, there were severall very respectable level 3s with skills that could be better than mine or yours, Zzzamorak is one example. From what I understood at first, you were talking about those level 3s, pure skillers, but now I think I understood: then there're MANY level 3 everywhere? If there're many I'll agree with you, they may be autoing.

When I used it on my pc, it disabled both windows and Msn messengers. However, right now I'm on vacation, and the comp I'm using don't have it downloaded...(it's an athlon K6-2 with 533Mhz lol). When I'm back home, I'll see the name of the program I used properly..

It will only destroy the world if you consider the world is all about the U.S. I have watched the same BBC documentary, and considering the maximum effect of the explosion and the volcanic dust, will only be destroyed the western part of the U.S. (pretty much everything that's west of Ohio, on different levels of destruction). If that eruption is much bigger than predicted, not much more than southern Canada, west of Apalaches and Northern Mexico will suffer. That doesn't threaten the world geologically, however, without the U.S., the political consequences may be destructive.

What's your OS and MSN version? Maybe you could try to set the standard browser to IE, and leave FF instaled, but as the 2nd option. If that doesn't work, you can aswell try to reinstall MSN and stop using skins. If nothing works, there's a little program called messenger disable, that you can download here: http://www.soft32.com/download_20927.html that wil disable your messenger completely, then you can re-enable it and see if it works. Never tested it to solve this kind of problem, but I have tested the program before, and it works just fine. Hope this helps man, long time no see by the way =p

ok, i have beaten most of your points, now i'll beat the ones you have replyed to. Then why you posted it? I stabilished a paralell between a newbie, a level 70 (wich is in most cases the described noob) and a level 100, that tends to be a nice player. If you were not able to figure that out... Yanille concentrates the biggest amount of nice, high leveled (not only in combat) and mature players, but if you don't wanna live with that, pick edgeville in a member server, seers in an empty world and maybe gnome stronghold. Then you find it "cool" to take an advantage on the less experienced players? Well, reply now.

That looks like Rs graphics. If it isn't, it is really nice, specially for a first try. Keep up the good work :)

Jpg looses quality, just do the same as mxm said and save as gif or png (if it`s pixel use png). You can as well just type, on save as, filename.gif and it will be saved as gif.

Your whole idea is wrong. :? That's really contradictory...if the regular noob is the stereotypical one, the "real" noob is a minority... Go to the mining guild, then go to the fishing guild of the same world. If you think mining is the non-noobish skill and fishing, woodcutting are the noobish ones, it means you don't feel confortable in the fishing enviroment, and feel on the mining one. This means you have a big chance of being the noob here. If you call a level 70 a high level player, then that's what's wrong with your documentary, because 70% of the level 70's think they are almighty and tend to act noobishly, wich means caling every player that's one level lower than him a noob. However, again, I find it one of the most noobish things to judge other people by their combat level... If you think leetspeak is actually "leet", you have serious problems. See how many people at yanille bank (the leetest place in Rs imo) use leetspeak, then see how many use it on varrok. You can't be serious. Then you think newbs are there to work for you for free? OMG! DISCLAIMER: Nowdays, on Rs, noob means an annoying player and newb means an unexperienced player. I think I made myself clear.
