Hey there, Recently, I have been remembered about a rumour that circulated where I live (southern part of Brazil). This thing that circulated on the Web for a long time now, and talks about the way south-american geography is being taught at the USA. According to the rumour, Amazon rainforest (wich is located 90% on Brazil) is now shown in USA's school books as being a multi-national zone, controlled by the UN and the USA, because this continent is populated by an "inferior kind of people, that isn't able to control such an important forest". Here is a page of the supposedly real school book containing the contraditorial map that circulates here: Myself, I don't really believe this is real, however, if it is, it's a great threat to the brazilian soberany and it's territorial issues. I really hope it's a myth, otherwise it may cause a serious international issue. You ever heard about it? Is the south american map really taught that at USA, or is the story a complete myth? I don't know how to say that, but make your chars as if they were looking at the camera, and not diagonal to it. It makes it much easier to give the impression they are 3d. Here is an avvy I made some time ago that shows the position I mean chars to be placed at:

Would you post a not-zoomed version of it? It looks good, is shaded on the proper places...Too bad a dragon full helm is such an imagination less idea.

I dont think cleaning the lines will make a difference at all. Your characters only have front side, they have to have shaded laterals. As you make them on the diagonal, they have to have a side, otherwise they look paper.

You really should make them 3d, I mean, they all look like paper-made. If you manage to do so, it'll be a great sig.

Even legal renders destroy sigs, they become a simple background with an image you didn't draw on it :? To use renders your work must be really superb, otherwise it'll look really bad. A hint: explore some more features of your software, not just brushes :wink:

Runescape is not Guild wars, it's not Everquest. Runescape is a game that isn't supposed to be uber realistic, it isn't suppose to be THE game, it is supposed to be another mmorpg people play to have fun. If RS becomes fully 3D, with superb graphics, it would get more expensive to run, would get more expensive to play, and much likely would stop having F2p. As well, it would become a CD game, like everquest, that you have to buy, install, and pay every month to play. It would quit Java completely. Is that what you want? If you want that go play a more complex game, Runescape has nothing to do with that. It's a simple game in java. Jagex already does wonders with such a simple system, I don't think they can go much further without creating a whole new game.

I have used englihs there and excluding 1 typo it is in the normal internet slang, if you can't read tht you must be slow, but to try write it bo be nice: He's not saying you don't know how to type in english, of course we can understand. I don't like the idea, for mainly 3 reasons: 1. Most players today try to pretend to be teh uebr leet by calling everyone else noobs. No, this does't happens to me, but I hate nowdays community. 2. Newbies would bother all the old skoolers by asking where they got that star close to their name, I have severall friends who are mods, and they avoy to talk in public because people bother them too much because of their silver crowns. 3. Why should one group have special privileges? And most important of all, I'm not really old school, I began playing on the last month of RSC, but why would I want to show everyone how long I've been playing? What's the purpose of it? I would rather tell my closest friends I have been playing long, and not everyone that comes by.

Alex, you know what I mean by "it is Mxm". He isn't just another random noob posting crappy sigs (pretty much like me :lol: ). I hate the white lines too. They do make the armor look like plastic, but instead of using a joke he could've say that with constuctive criticism :wink:
