Looking to get a "six pack"
Eating less and more at the same time. Getting the most out of your meals, that's the best diet. As for exercising, running is the best mix. It works every muscle, including the heart, and it burns fat at the same time. So, once you've got some running going, throw in some resistance workouts. Using your own body weight, a few pushups, pullups, situps, etc. Getting a defined sixpack takes a bit of work. What I do is sit on the edge of my couch and do some bicycle peddling for around six minutes, maybe a bit less and then get some torso movement going in the sixth-seventh minute of doing it. Touch your right elbow to your left knew and keep bicycling and alternating, all on the edge of your couch. Then I put my legs out, lean back, then bring my body into a ball then back again. Also leg raises help ALOT. It won't hurt going into an MMA stance and throw a few punches and or kicks while jogging.

Gun Control
Quite a few of both the above posters' "points" are completely irrelevant. You can control the distribution of legal/registered firearms, and also commercially produced ammunition. There's a large percentage of the total amount of firearms within the USA that are not registered and weren't purchased legally. So let me ask you this, do you think most criminals use registered firearms? Of course not, they acquire them illegally (and when I say illegally I also presume that a percentage of those weapons ARE registered, but are stolen from their original owners) so how does gun control effect them? Gun control would definitely reduce the amount of firearms stolen then in turn used in crimes, but gun control can't reduce imported firearms. Also, gun control laws just hamper honest gun owners and enthusiasts. It's unrealistic to ban them completely.

Communism - Yea or Nay?
I say nay, but what if such a system were implemented to where only a percentage of the population is affected by it. I'm unsure of whether it would work but what if I system pertaining to average yearly income, hourly income, profession, education, etc. So instead of the entire population as a communist country, maybe people making less than 10,000 dollars per year could contribute to it. Also it could possibly be voluntary? People with higher education and more advanced jobs but still making a low amount could be excluded. I suppose really, I'm suggesting a sort of government welfare program with communism as the basis idea for the structure of the system.

Same, or stories. Da_Latios can I be in your story? :twss: btw I lost. -.- Am I supposed to name a character "Wongtong"? By the way, yes I am HALF Japanese. My other half is Moldova-Romanian. That'd be very interesting if I "knew" someone off my favorite RuneScape fansite forum who wrote a book, hah.

RIAA done with lawsuits.
It'd be interesting to see a list of providers who have agreed so far. Though it's interesting that such big corporations would agree to potentially loosing customers.

They're only going after the uploaders apparently, not the downloaders. That is mitigated by the fact that pirates will upload music outside of the US, so frankly, they've lost. They're against the wall, and they're officially losing this fight. Agreed, seems as if it could be extremely flawed. Also, are all ISPs agreeing to this? Seems to me that if one or a few ISPs refuses to comply they may see an increase in customers :P Ahh, I just saw that it says all "major" ISPs. I suppose my above comment still could be true

I think of lots of movie plots too, or I'll be watching a movie and randomly get lost in thought about how I could improve it. Sometimes I'll be watching like Gundam or something and just think about how amazing it would be if I directed my own live action movie based off the cartoon.

That's interesting. I assume that anyone who is majorly into filesharing will develop ways around it though, as I'm sure it will eventually be possible. One thing that concerns me though is what if people are falsely accused, there could be lots of problems with this system.

HAH! I have every hot key planned and mapped out, it'd be PC based :P I daydream in school about this intricate MMO that I will one day develop for the world. Haha, I totally have a huge plot and character development and stuff. I'm so glad I'm not the only loser that does this.

I am not sure how long it takes to get 99 smithing but you could manage to get 4-5 hammers an hour before the update, not sure how it is now with the update though No, you couldn't. You need to play 1 game to get a new tool, no matter what you score. So, AT ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM you could get 3 hammers an hour. But, seeing as games don't start straight away, you about 2.7 tools per hour. Fact checks plz. How about you check your own facts please. Before the updates you could get millions of points per game, it was extremely easy to get over seventy tools per game.

With 85 mage, would they still hit too hard? As it seems, Mith drags aren't a good option for drop hunting eh?

Mith Drag [Edit]
Weeks? I thought it was common knowledge that metal dragons were weak to stab attacks. Also, people started using leaf-bladed sword ever since it came out so if anything, you're the one whos barely found this out. :-# I suggest you work on your defense a little more, 93 range is pretty good though. Would 80 defense be a better option, is there that significant of an increase in defense between 75 or 80? My big concern really is just breaking even with it.
