Players today are immature cretins.
While I agree that: a) this stinks and B) yes, this a place to rant, this statement from the OP INMHO defies belief "This games difficulty curve is so skewed you don't get any respect" Why is there an expectation of respect in an online video game environment? This is just plain silly. Additionally, in the posted conversation I see little difference between the respondents. Appears to me that the OP was as rude as the "noobmiester". And for heaven's sake Dude it's kinda hard to respect someone who names themselves after a bodily function.

How many Kudos??
Checking through the list: -.- Animal quizzes = complete All Digsite items + necklace present and accounted for in their proper cases. Have completed all of the required quests on Minas list. *shrugs* I am at a loss to determine what I've left out. Has this happened to anyone else. How did you figure out what you missed? I've been at this one last piece for over a week now.

How many Kudos??
I have 143 of 153 and for the life cannot figure out what I have missed. Is there any way to tell. Yes, I have checked the guide and it was less than helpful in this case.

Death to RWT, can we have death of randoms now?
I thank you for your remarkable comment. The light you shed on the subject allowed me to see this from a whole different perspective. Never again will I doubt your wisdom. I apologize, sincerely, for any hesitance I had towards recognizing your intelligence. +1 LMAF

Who had a problem with bots?
Of course it does! But, all players got punished in the same blow, and frankly I for for one am danged tired of being punished for some one else's sins. Furthermore, where is the massive exodus? Seems to me that there is little reduction in the number of players at the time I am online. Have they all been replaced by new players? Somehow I doubt it. Autoing and RWT are not dead, but for some the most enjoyable parts of the game are RIP.

Is there a "true" training method?
For the life of me I cannot understand this notion of "respect" in an online environment. #-o Unless someone knows another as more than a series of pixels the idea that stated respect has value is moot. Respect is a feeling on the part of the giver toward the receiver. Since I do not know you, nor you me, any statement of respect you may offer is simply that: a statement. It has zero value and zero meaning. Power training is simply a method to achieving a personal in game goal. It has nothing to do with any other player. When one engages in play in a faceless, impersonal, game environment to earn respect it demonstrates a lack of understanding of what respect actually means. Personally, I am game cheap and prefer to gather my own resources to work on skills. Does that mean that it is the one true training method? Does it cheapen the power trainers levels in any way? No, it simply means that I choose to play the game a different way. Thankfully, Jagex understands that players are not all the same and has provided many opportunities for successful character building. I do not have to approve of anyone else's method nor they mine. To say that there is one true method is to attempt to impose an opinion that one method is right and another wrong. :shame:

The GOOD from the updates
I find this particularly offensive. Everyone at some level or another makes a decision about leveling that involves purchase of a item vs the time cost of making each little ingredient. By this logic buying seeds is "lazy". I sir, play RS for my beloved ID which gets damned little exercise in the world of work. As I work a huge number of hours per week, you bet my ID needs a bit of stroking. And for Guthix' sake will you please STOP trying to tell others just HOW to spend their $5.00! RS is a wonderful place with myriad methods to find enjoyment. I truly feel for those who have lost their favorite ways of playing and wish them all luck whether staying or going. And your psuedo Freudian analysis is completely non applicable in this setting. You are simply making yourself look plain silly. :wall: Merry [garden tool] [garden tool] Ya'll

firemaking only west
10 Easy steps to successful Firemaking skills 1) collect a bazillion logs 2) store in bank 3) go to GE 4) remove logs 27 at a time, don't forget that valuable tinderbox :) 5) run to the east side of the GE desks either north or south 6) light log one 7) take one step west 8) light log two 9) wash, rinse, repeat from step 6 10) Accept Congrats on new level Seriously though there are a few places around the land that lend themselves to multiple lines of fires. Watch when walking around where others are working and soon you will have several places from which to choose. Most notable examples would be outside East Fally Bank, West Varrock Bank, and outside the Draynor Bank. :)

Grrrrrr, MUST we have...
When using the Ring of Dueling which plants me at the gate south of the Fire alter, and leaving the Dual Area through the gate, I get the following pop-up box. "Duelling (Jagex sp not mine)is an honorable *cough* pastime, anyone leaving a duel or tournament by ANY means, accidentally or deliberately will lose their duel and their stake. No exceptions. Ah, finally a Don't show me this message again check box! Hooray! \ It's about time.
