That push/pull idea is nothing new. Mel said it and I've been saying it. It works but it won't solve your problem of being told to [bleep] off when you make random approaches. (as in, it's not a complete solution)

Mephedrone is fairly high up there in the 'drugs you shouldn't use' list. I'd do heroin before I'd do that [cabbage]. It's also legally sold as plant food. Nah that's a myth, it doesn't stay in your spinal fluid and it's completely out of your system as soon as the trip ends. Flashbacks can be caused by any highly emotive state, lsd being an example. Having a flashback full stop is pretty damn unlikely, the flashback being your lsd trip is even more unlikely.

Girls don't spend their time trying to attract other girls, plus they think differently to guys. Well, if you'd call that murder, for not letting potential life grow, then you should say that about any protected sex, masturbation, and any of those late-pills aswell. I think living a life of suffering is much worse than not living at all. Don't put words in my mouth. It's fairly well known that foster homes are overcrowded, filling them up more is only going to cause more problems. The question isn't specifically 'are they going to have the right to live.' You're just twisting the question, you need to look at the whole picture. What are the parents supposed to do with the child? Force it to grow up in a family that doesn't want it? Leave it on the street? Adoption does not solve the problem of an unwanted child, when the child is just joining many other unwanted children. How about making a better suggestion? The fetus isn't missing out on much. It has no memories and no emotional attachments. Just because it has greater potential than sperm, doesn't mean it's any more important in the big scheme of things. Unless humans are dying out, which they definitely aren't. I already rebutted your 'handicapped person' argument and I'm still awaiting a reply. So far I've answered all of your points and you've answered basically none of mine.

YOU'RE choosing who lives and dies when you buy lunch instead of donating the money. It's part of every day life, if you can't accept that then you're in for some real disappointment. What about killing someone in defense? What about someone planning on killing being killed? What about 20 people starving people killing another so they can live? People deserving life is not black and white as you make it out to be. We don't live in a disney movie. War and disease are controllable things. They aren't some sinless population control that aren't influenced by people. Don't pretend there is any real difference. It doesn't matter whether people in foster homes turn out to be successful or not. Foster homes can't be sustained forever, and the earths resources can't currently be sustained forever. Adopt a child yourself, open your own foster home or kindly stop pushing your hypocritical views. As I said earlier, it's easy to tell people to put a kid up for adoption. It's something else to actually give these kids a home.

^ IMO the main immorality about killing is the effect on their loved ones. The death itself isn't a huge deal. Dying is easy, living is hard. With the fetus it's not really an issue because there is little emotional involvement compared to a person who has been alive for a while. It seems OT is mostly pro choice, against the death penalty and atheist/agnostic. I could have sworn a few years ago it was the opposite.

I commented on the specific method outlined, the injection method, which is the method that should be used for all abortions in late stages of pregancy. This method has not had any of the problems you report. It is as humane as capital punishment by lethal injection, which is more humane than the killing of as good as any animals you eat are killed. It's the tearing down of a straw-man argument: You could use the propper technique, and the problems do not exist. that is not an issue of abortion, but of medical system. thus, unless you wish to tear down a straw-man, my assertion does still stand: there is no difference between late-term abortion and other abortion, in speaking of the outcome, if the right technique is used. :/ I was agreeing with you, and having a go at him.

Pro choice means for being able to choose. Choosing usually means you weigh your options. Nobody is saying that as soon as the condom breaks we all get out the coat hangers. Adoption can be considered, but if lots of people do it then it won't work in the long run. Dying is a part of life and you can't stop it. I figure if you don't care about some people, at least be consistent about it and expand that to whoever doesn't effect your life.
