So when you're in debt you just keep borrowing money? Let other people worry about it? It doesn't work. Life is tough for everyone yes. Some live and others don't. Death happens all the time yet people only care if it's convenient. Skipping lunch and donating the money to save a family in africa? Naaahh. Telling people how to live their lives to feel morally superior? Oh of course.

If people insist on telling people to put kids up for adoption, then they can adopt kids themselves. Once you put the baby up for adoption, it doesn't disappear. It lives in a foster home without parents. This 'out of sight out of mind' policy doesn't work. There are more children in foster homes than parents adopting said children. Adding more won't solve anything.

Telling young people to not have sex is like asking the fat kid to guard the pie. Don't kid yourself. Sorry, but once they're educated on the subject they think twice before having sex. At least, unprotected sex. In any case, I'm not saying teens shouldn't have sex, I'm just saying they need to accept the risks that go with it. "You knew the risks, have a kid as punishment"? Also,

I'm certain that every single person against abortion (in 1st world countries) have indulged at some point in their life, spending money that could have saved entire families via donation This is the hypocrisy that enrages me. Especially the ones holding up signs in the street with nerve to force their opinion on others when they don't live up to it themselves. I've always wondered how many pro lifers end up adopting a child instead of having their own. It's easy to tell people they should put the kid up for adoption, but not so easy to actually give these kids a home.

It's stupidly easy, it's barely any time before you can do it without thinking. I only have my auto license because I have a habit of coasting and you get failed for that. I did it for so long that if I go out of my way to not do it, I mess up. I also don't really have access to a manual care anymore to break that habit, and I have no money for driving lessons at the moment. I don't see how having the clutch in and rolling around a corner/to a stop is an issue.

The general attitude in my area seems to be that every male should drive a manual because it's manly, like a manual is difficult or something. I remember when everyone was first getting cars, and the first question that everyone asked (often before what kind of car) was whether it was a manual or auto. It could be a beat up 1970 daihatsu that can barely start but as long as it's a manual it's a great car. Today I got a parking ticket for "parking continuously for longer period than indicated on a permissive parking sign" in a street with no parking signs. I chose this 'out of the way' street because it had no maximum parking time and I looked around in the morning and after I got the ticket for a sign. The best part is, if I fight it then I would lose more money missing work than the ticket is for. Plus if I lost than I gather I have big court fees. I do 50+ free hrs a week work experience plus I do 10 or so paid hours on weekends at a grocery store just so I can scrape up a few bucks to live on and I get this [cabbage] [bleep] I hate people

Is there any way to get a beta key for this?
  11. It could be anything really, don't bother trying to analyze it. Ask her what's up if you want, but if you wanted to make a move you should have done so earlier. There's a 'window' of opportunity, that gets smaller and smaller as you get older. I almost screwed it up with a shy girl not long ago because I was trying to get her act

You might want to call up and double check. Hiluxs aren't fast cars, and since minor scratches and dents don't look bad I really doubt many people would bother claiming on them.
  13. Iamdan replied to Ape's topic in Off-Topic
Get a hilux dual cab. Not only is it indestructible, (watch the top gear episode on it, or read any review of the car) but it's extremely useful if you ever need it for camping. towing, moving large items etc. You can get a bull bar to protect the front, and even if you do crash it chances are you can just bang it out with a hammer yourself because dents don't make it look terrible. Insurance is cheap and it has good fuel economy.

  15. With that logic girls would get annoyed at other girls for putting on makeup etc. That's different. I think what he was trying to say is you can read as much as you want about picking up girls, and you won't learn a thing until you try it yourself. Like everything else, books will teach you up to a certain point, you have to take it from there. ^ It's like buying a recipe book. Sure you can learn more from hundreds of hours worth of experiments, but it's much less pain if you have somewhat of an idea of what to do first. If you grasp the fundamentals of what's attractive and what isn't, you're already on your way to surpassing the guys who do it naturally as long as you have the chops to put yourself out there.
  16. I have pretty low expectations of mainstream rap. Unless eminem comes out with something good, 'hoods gets bigger or immortal technique signs onto a label we're going to see more crap like lil wayne and soulja boi. Eminem's earlier stuff is actually pretty good. the way i am, my name is, stan etc ^

That video was interesting, definitely worth the watch. They raise a great point about the money involved. "In 1998 the total cost of drug abuse in America was estimated at $143.4 billion" Most of this being marijuana. The video mentioned 4/5 of the drug budget in canada is spent on marijuana. You have law enforcement with police, judges, lawyers, prosecutors, swat teams etc You have prisons, anti drug marketing and witness protection. You have the rehabilitation programs, logging companies and oil companies. There's the pharmaceutical companies who don't want a cheap natural remedy for things like alzheimers, cancer, pulmonary disease and 200 other illnesses. Then there are the powerful people in crime groups who want the prices of pot to stay high. There would be plenty more that I can't think of right now. A huuuge amount of money is being made by people in power thanks to criminalization, then you have all these of issues about schooling standards going down to create generations of idiots who can't think for themselves. We don't stand a chance.
  19. Once you start understanding things like body language and basic psychology it changes you. It's almost like it slows down social situations, and you notice the little things and understand what they can mean. You start knowing what you're doing right and wrong right after you do it. The easiest mistake you can make is reading too much into it though, look for clusters.
  20. [/hide] If you really want stuff to read then: The definitive book of body language by Allan and Barbara Pease Mastering your hidden self by Serge King The selfish gene by Richard Dawkins http://www.askmen.com/fashion/ And my blog. I wouldn't advise reading 'pua material' apart from Brad P's fashion bible, and maybe something on text game.
  21. It is an autobiography, I've always said don't read the game if all you're looking for are tips. You don't need exact routines to copy so you become a 'pua clone', the collection of posts here is more than what you need to know. Now less reading and more talkie to girls.

They aren't far off, but don't tell them that :P When you play video games/watch tv/any other highly emotional activity chemicals get released by your brain, and those chemicals are what you get addicted to like any other drug. That's why people get 'addicted' to things like tv , sex, being angry etc.

I still can't work out if deathdrow is trolling or not. I think most drugs should be legal but with bigger consequences for dui. Pot at the very least, I'm sure everyone can agree on that. People should be able to do what they want with their own bodies etc etc. Only drug I use regularly is alcohol and I'm cutting back because I'm trying to get my old fitness (and body) back. Double vodka red bull is all I'll have in a night, and beer occasionally. Tried pot a couple times a few years back, it was ok but I prefer alcohol. If it were legalized I might do it occasionally but until then I'm worried about another laced batch. (I know the chances are tiny but it sucked) lsd is a [bleep]ing amazing life changing experience if you do it in the right conditions. Been there and done that though so I haven't done it since. Plus I'm scared of a bad trip like I got when I had pot laced with pcp. (I don't think deliberately, he didn't wash the bag or something.) The 'I don't need to escape from reality/I can have fun without drugs' argument grinds my gears. It's not a replacement for life, it's the experience and enhancement. Like watching HDTV. Until you get hooked anyway, but I don't have an addictive personality. Sure you might not want to do drugs for whatever reason and that's cool, but it sounds like a shot at those to do experiment.
  25. I got invited to a fundraiser party by a new friend, apparently there will be lots of latino girls and they love white guys - especially white guys who try to dance but can't do it well. Apparently they are also really feisty, so chances are I'm going to bust their balls out of habit and then get beaten up. This makes me think of a monkey island puzzle for some reason Pickup banana Look at single girl - she looks like a dropped pie Talk to bartender - order a row of shots Pickup shots Use shots Talk to bartender - order a row of shots - no you're cut off Push man on stool Pickup stool Use stool with bartender Use shoelace with bartender - hey i can't see Pickup bottle of bourbon etc
