I logged in to see if I could beat skull, I was short of a year not logging in, I could have sworn I quit RS longer ago than that. I'd log in and check but I sold my account 5 or 6 years ago.

Sorry for double post but I've gotten 60% through level 77 today purely doing battlegrounds. In a bit over 2 hours /played so far. Who says battlegrounds aren't good XP? :P Also already have 2000+ honor saved up.

Strangely enough we've not had a single bit of snow in Kansas so far. I will say though, [bleep] the cold. Also I'm probably the only person here who would be fine with there not being snow. Don't get me wrong it looks nice -- at first, than after a few days it's just slush.

Last time I hosted a server it ended up with Shiny and Elk messing people's houses up, Elk keeping a pet spider in our house that almost killed Shiny and just general chaos.

75, and the 75-79 battlegrounds are kind of silly due to the 77-79 Cata gear. Mages running around with 35k hp lol. Also looking at some of the comps that are being run, I'm feeling pretty good about Lock/Holy Pal. My 3v3 got switched up to a Lock/Ele Sham/Holy Pal (Shaman instead of Rogue, he rerolled) so that should be interesting. Way I see it bloodlust and getting dots up on 3 targets easy is going to be real nice. Any locks here PvP @85 able to say how you're doing so far? I know holy paladins are [bleep]ing OP as balls (pretty much every decent comp has one it seems) so at the very least that'll be easy to deal with. I also know that locks have always been good, and I'll most likely end up doing affliction after all for arenas. Kind of mad though I found out today that SoTA is a rated bg. WHY? It is the most imbalanced, boring trash map ever. Vehicles suck and there is a bug where every now and then you can attack enemy tanks before the game even starts. Just a stupid battleground. What? From what I understand Mages and Feral druids are ridiculously overpowered in PvP currently. Priests are garbage tho, you're right on that one.

CODE 406, QUARANTINE THIS MAN. Unlike most people that quit RS, I don't hate it. I found it fun at one time, and I stopped finding it fun, so I stopped playing it. Exactly my feelings, sorta. The current RuneScape is crap compared to the older RuneScape, but if it never changed I wouldn't of hate it. It was a damn fun game back in the day, what else is there to say? :razz: What did you consider "back in the day" ? It was kind of fun back in RSC (especially being really the only f2p MMO than) but than it just got garbage.

Eh... sort of? Maybe? [bleep] if I know. [bleep] if I care anymore really. I think I don't really spike as much. Too bad the game still runs at 20-30 FPS no mater what settings I put it on. But hey, this is what I get for expecting a CoD game to be good right? At least the console kids can enjoy their game (well, 360 players at least... I heard the PS3 patch messed things up).

Swapped to Affliction to get used to it for PvP. All I have to say is that Soul Swap glyph is [bleep]ing awesome as hell. Oh and I want to say that I really just love being able to level in PvP + queue everywhere. I know these were added a long time ago but I've been really taking advantage of them this time around. What's really nice about it (aside from XP, fun) is that the honor allows me to pretty much deck myself out @60 and @70 in full PvP gear.

3 days 22 hours /played. Level 70 and I got the full Brutal Glad (S4) gear (including a weapon and OH) for my lock. Getting up there pretty quickly. I've actually been doing a lot of PvP while I level, it's so nice getting XP for wins. It is pretty much guaranteed I'm top damage now in any BG, even now at 70 in the 70-74 bracket. Still rocking Demonology as well. I do think it's crazy. It took me 2 days 8 hours (with some AFK time in there) to do 1-60. It took me another 1 day and 10 hours or so played to do 60-70.

.... Really? CoD, if you didn't know, belongs to a genre called "First person shooters". This genre is fairly well known for requiring good reactions and concentration to get through them. However, believe it or not, FPS games are not the only games that take skill! In RPG games (both turn based and real time) they can take both of these skill sets. Even classics such as "Mario Brothers" (For the NES) require good reaction skills in the later stages! Games, traditionally, have taken skill sets such as this. Puzzle games, even, may take good reaction skills or may force you to concentrate on what is the best possible next move to make. I do know you said that Runescape doesn't take any of these skills and, yes, you would be correct -- it doesn't. That because Runescape isn't really a game, it's more of a clicking simulator. It is understandable that you would make that error however and I forgive you greatly for that although I do hope you do not do it again. Now that I have hopefully given you a bit of a lesson on these things called video games (games which you can play on a video screen! crazy!) in the most sarcastic manner possible (as to not get banned) I hope you can see the error of your ways and why comparing everything to one game is silly and not a very good idea at all! Yes Ma'am.

You say you don't want killstreaks, killstreaks are pretty much what separates CoD from other FPS games. (that and perks). This topic is not about COD, so stop ok? It's so stupid that people are so obsessed with this or that, when the actual subject is something else. Killstreak, minimap and perks is what makes COD, COD you say? Sure that's cool. But you know what i said? I requested a FLIGHT GAME similar to COD, not EXACTLY or very close the same. And i also said that killstreaks in a Flight game seems bad to me (personal opinion). Now SHUT the hell up about COD. ACE COMBAT HORIZION ASSAULT; I hope it has a good multiplayer option. I'm only trying to figure out what you want. If you just want a multiplayer flight game than why even bother mentioning CoD at all? Saying this "isn't about CoD" when you talk about "maps like in CoD" is a little bit silly; don't you think? At any rate there have been a lot of flight sim games that have focused around multiplayer content (even back to games such as Crimson Skies). The problem is it's just not a style of game many people like so they never get that popular. So yeah, you brought this on yourself attributing every mundane little detail to CoD. He is and I was just as confused then. I don't know why the [bleep] this kid is so obsessed with every game being like it. Next up: "Hey guys, there should be a CoD style racing game!" VIDEO GAMES require reaction skills and concentration. That isn't something that is unique to Call of Duty. Holy [cabbage] dude. And Demon's Souls and CoD have nothing alike aside from being video games. Demon's Souls is also much better than CoD will ever be.

Why does everything need to be like CoD?... Once again your posts confuse me. I don't really get how a flight sim can be comparable to CoD. I don't know what you want similar to CoD. There used to be plenty of online flight sim games though, I don't know any recently though.

From my knowledge, AoE grinding has always been a thing for Warlocks, Paladins and Mages. Now with the Felstorm and Hand of Gul'Dan (probably spelled that wrong) and Hellfire while moving its more common for Warlocks to be at it. Frost Mages have always been the kings of the AoE grind though;) I never liked AoE grinding as a mage. Way too annoying doing frost grinding because if nova broke early on a mob it'd suck.

Nothing here. I honestly rarely take medicine. I really do think that people who take advil every time they get a little headache are kind of screwing themselves over to be honest because it seems like you get to a point where you need it for them. So yeah I really am a firm believer that its better to let your immune system fight it out and build up a resistance. Of course I'm just talking about the small stuff here. (colds, headaches, ect.)

It is really easy to aoe grind/quest as a demo lock. I can literally pull as many mobs as there are in an are and kill them all with very minimal cooldown usage. Pretty much just Felguard felstorm and maybe trinkets (don't need to). It really is just Gather mobs > Felstorm > Hellfire > all dead. Maybe takes 10-15 seconds for the entire process. Like just now I got done with a quest (6 blistering rots in hellfire) with 1 go. Also to note my pet is full hp at the end of this and I am half hp at most (mostly from the pulling). Is lock aoe grinding a "thing" or am I just doing something new/different here? I know as an old mage there was always talk about aoe grinding.
