Strength. I don't really see a reason to raise attack or defense past 70. Their effects are kinda small and their real uses are for equipping stuff. Anything past 70 is dead weight and just raises your combat level. Strength provides a large, noticeable, increase in damage.

Ice Rush has its advantages too. You can safespot all the melee brothers and the chest restocks your Death and Chaos runes. Waters are cheap :P
