I was wondering about that too, does that mean f2p stay at 2k people and p2p is now 2k+ people? i think the epic world size actually refers to the size of the ingame world. You know, like it is 30,000x45,000 squares or whatever. I dont acutally know the size, i just made those numbers up. I like the no hidden cost line. There actually is a hidden cost in case no one caught it. They actually charge you the member fee ($5 for me) then a separate .04 cent processing fee to process the credit card. Thats a hidden fee.
