  1. they should be at the top!!! best us band ever! all these people are just sayin their fave bands, but ya's gotta look at global impact, 99% of the population likes a chili song. i mean, who the hell seriously considers "Anthrax, Exodus, Overkill, Slayer, Forbidden, Death angel, Dark angel, Death" as the best ever? HA, i laugh at yee.   Most of everyone's favorite bands posting are probably from Britain or another country. And where did you get this fact that 99% of the WHOLE WORLD (seeing you said global) likes a RHCP song. Don't get me wrong, they're a excellent band but there's been way better and more bands who impacted rock n roll and were an american band. (see CCR and Bob Dylan) I think more people know a CCR song than RHCP. Unless they're mainstream. I laugh at "yee" too i guess. i Err...yes there were more, and you didn't mention them  Boston, Journey (i'm pretty sure they american), Lynyrd Skynyrd, Guns N Roses (they're american right?), is Deep Purple american(?), Alice Cooper had some hits, Aerosmith, .38 Special (they american?), Kansas, Styx, Kiss, Van Halen just to name a few ;) I don't what your trying to say? Look at my first post, i know there's more, i was just giving a couple examples. :? 8)

  3. you do combo moves until you get enough points where your house meter is filled. Then press two "juice" buttons (R1 an R2) at the same time and press triangle will running toward the button. You should do an ally-oop and "bring down" the house. (break the backboard).
  4. Out of all the great riffs he picks this one  [/url]
  5. Like what happens when your blood sugar gets to low? How do you tell?
  6. Yep I just remembered they are 70's. Back in Black was made in 1981, as a "mourning" album for Scott's death, how could them be 80's  I like both Scott's and Johnson's vocals, but I find Johnson nicer than the drunk Scott :P Scott was a much more talented vocalist. Johnson had a more unique sounding voice, but it always sound like he was swallowed a load and it was stuck in his throat. AC/DC was the band that started me getting into rock, but then after awhile that that dude said, they got repatitive. All their songs have pretty much the same style to it. A usually catch riff followed by vocals, then repeating the title of the song a few times in the chorus, solo then end of song. But I still don't get what Gordon Freeman's post had anything to do with what was quoted above him. It's like he just put a random fact in there. My favorite bands from (no particular order): 60s: Bob Dylan Jimi Hendrix The Who The Doors Creedence Clearwater Revival Early Pink Floyd Cream Roy Orbison the Rolling Stones 70s: (My favorite decade of music) Led Zeppelin Pink Floyd Deep Purple Queen David Bowie Blue Oyster Cult Black Sabbath Alice Cooper the Clash the Ramones Grand Funk Railroad The Who Bob Dylan Rush Lynyrd Skynryd I'm probably missing a whole lot. my head hurts
  7. Song is average. Its good, but like nothing too special. The video though was awesoe. i love the parodies and that part at the end when Frusciante is playing that solo as a 50s HARD ROCKER with the glasses and tie.
  8. thank you. i'm glad you told everyone that. no one ever would've guessed that.
  9. Yeah i don't think there was. I could've sworn I saw the King Kong spoof on a commercial for Date Movie. There's a king kong pic on the SM4 poster. so? :( King Kong was on the poster but wasn't in the movie, I noticed it aswell. I found the movie had some funny parts, but wasn't as great as the first 3. Glad Im not the only one  Glad Im not the only one
  10. Great and Hilarious movie the first or second time. Then gets old after people started quoting every day and you've watched it maybe more than 3 times.

  13. I don't get it? Owned? does this phrase mean when you break something in half? then i just "owned" my dog.
  14. Pink Floyd - In the Flesh Pink Floyd - Lucifer Sam Pink Floyd - Waiting for the Worms
  15. Movie was terrible. Pretty much just people getting hit with things and some ok jokes. Seemed like they added random events so they could make fun of other movies so it didn't really seem like there was a plot at all. Wayans Scary Movie's were way better. Zucker's is like a more childish version. The third one was ok, so i was looking foward to it, but it really wasn't worth it. I don't get what the point of Martin Sheen at the beginning was. Just too introduce the movie? I thought he'd have a bigger role in the movie, same with the George character from the 3rd one. Them and the two black dudes were the funniest from the 3rd one.
  16. David Gilmour is going to release a new album May 7th. Called "On a Island" http://ultimate-guitar.com/reviews/comp ... index.html Wait is this already out? i see reviews at the bottom but it says it releases May 7th 2006 and i don't think its been May 7th. maybe im wrong.
  17. white people do get everthing. WHITE POWAAA
  18. http://youtube.com/watch?v=RTpObE8DWVg&search=Canon%20D ^ is that the same kid?
  19. I like Floyd with Gilmour. He was definetly the greater guitarist. I just bought Piper at the Gates of Dawn a few days ago and love it. But wtf is with "the gnome" song? sounds like the Beatles would pull out of their [wagon]. overall the album is good, Instersteller Overdrive is one of my favorite instrumentals now. And thats pretty good for a bands first album.
  20. I saw it on tv the other day while watching the Simpsons. Hmm what a coincidence. Probably everyone who ever liked the Simpsons at one point will go see it. Hopefully it'll be as funny as it use to be.
