Since a lot of the greatest rock artists/bands came from the UK and so on, what do you think is the greatest AMERICAN rock band/arist? My favorites are the Doors, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Bob Dylan, Lyrnryd Skynryd, Van Halen, Grand Funk Railroad, Aerosmith and if metal counts, Metallica. also Jimi Hendrix if he counts, he was American, but his band started over theerrr in Britain.

Bob Dylan - Hurricane is an absolutly kcikas song. Lyrics are amazing, and i love that like violin soloish thing.

Who do you think has the most "unique" or "distinctive" (i think is the word) voice? Not greatest range or not always best sounding, but that voice when you hear you can automaticly point out the band and vocalist. You probably think "O eVry1 has Different soudn to voice", but what vocalist used like their own style thats not similar to anyone elses. Geddy Lee, Axl, Brian Johnson (I don't like it, but i still haven't heard anyone who's voice sounds like he just swallowed a bunch of [bleep]), Rob Halford (can hit that high pitched sceam pretty well).

Yea, Chili Peppers album is commin sosmewhere between April and June I heard. It's gonna be double disc 25 tracks or something. :shock: Also new Tool that's comming out this year. also Linkin Park is comin out with a new one... might check it out.. last album was a disappointment. :( Please be sarcastic. Please. :( and that new RHCP album's called "Stadium Arcadium" but if its 2 disc it'll probably cost like 20 or 25 and i dunno if i wanna spend that much cash. I also heard GnR are comin out with a new CD along with Iron Maiden and Slayer so i'll probably check those out.
